Avoid! Demands a high tip even before the message for a sub-standard massage

Massage was okay; nothing to write home about. The lady made me pay before beginning the massage. After the mediocre massage, she, the therapist demanded more than 20% tip, which was very unprofessional & rude!!! I wanted to use the restroom before giving her a tip and she actually stood in my way from exiting the massage room door, demanding I pay her a tip before using the restroom! I'm never coming back here ever again!

I was asked to pay up front. I thought it was odd, but whatever. The person at the desk was hovering over me as I signed the receipt. I left $18 on a $70 (+$5 for using a card) charge. This is when it got worse, the woman harassed me the tip was not enough. Told her it was more than 20%. Her retort was unlike a restaurant server, she is spending an hour with me and it wasn't enough. She was extremely rude about it. (Sorry, the going rate is 20% and you're asking me BEFORE my massage. I also don't know how the massage is going to be) If I used a credit card, I would have just walked out right there and disputed the charge. Unfortunately I used a debit card and just caved in and wrote down the tip she demanded - $25. I would have probably not gotten my money back even if I asked given her demeanour. Again, not worth it. The 1 hour massage was mediocre, half the massage was spent as a dry sheet massage. I asked her if she was going to use oil at any point and she replied, "oh, you want oil?" Glad I asked her or the entire massage would have just been dry and would have been chaffed. I've had plenty of massages and I can confidently say this was my worst massage ever. Avoid completely, not worth it!

I had been having serious back/shoulder/neck pain for several days and took a chance on Relax Sunny Spa based on the reviews and availability. I told the masseuse where the problems were and she hit them hard, but not painfully hard. I'm at home now, a coupe hours after being there and feel great. 99% of the pain is gone. I've been to a lot of places for massages, mostly franchises that are in numerous towns, and this was one of the best I've had. I'll definitely return.

Came here after a snow storm that I had worked in where I had seriously screwed up my shoulder. They saw me same day within the hour and made me feel like a new man. Completely freed up the knots that two other masseuse I had seen recently could not loosen. Will definitely be returning for another massage.

I had good results at this spa I had knots in my shoulders and back and she was able to get them all undone I would recommend this place to everybody very reasonable on the price to and they get you right in no waiting
