Wait quote totally off- just needed a SNS and it took her 30 mins to remove the old SNS. Ended up leaving without a new polish tike ran out and they were closing. I got there at 5:45 told 10-15 mins. My nails didn't get started to remove polish til 6:15. Dissappointed. Won't be back. They didn't even have basic nail strengthening polish to put on for base. Don't waste time or money.

Do not waste your money here. They insisted on doing my nails while they did my pedicure, causing me to have to contort my body and not be able to relax and enjoy my pedicure. On top of that, the manicure looked so terrible (which I couldn’t tell until I got in the sunlight) They used old polish that took over 4 hours to completely dry and lasted 3 days before starting to chip. Very very disappointed.

I walked into the salon at 5:20 PM. And asked if I can get a pedicure or a polish change depending on the timeframe. I was told you waited too long. I asked if I heard her correctly. And she again stated I waited too long. Not offering any services nothing. Terrible customer service. Will not go back here!! Go to athens or madison do not stop at the salon! Awful!

Took my daughter to get a full sns set four days ago. As of today 2 have fallen off and 2 have broken in half. Do not recommend.

Massive Roach crawling across floor and the techs were using the same pair of gloves when going to new clients. I left because of this .

Of all the nail places around, this is by far my favorite! They have amazing professionals and a really great selection of quality nail polish. Unlike the other nail salons around, they do not soak your fingers in acetone to get the gel off, everything is sparking clean and sanitized and their price is very reasonable. I had a very good experience and this is my go-to for my nails going forward :)

I have gel nails. This place took the time to make sure my real nail wasn't damaged while removing the gel. I am very happy with their service and I will be back.

Not even with the tip on gel nails, and they made me paid before adding the gloss coat over the nails when every other client before me paid when they were done. The person was frustrated when I was confused and explain I had hearing impairment. I thought the bubbles would be fixed in the nails, but they were not. I give it two stars because the shape was nice.
