Eric is the best! Truly listens and cares about what you want. It was my first time doing anything to my hair and he really made me comfortable through the whole process few months ago and I loved my hair! Went again today for balayage and he did an amazing job once again! I walked out feeling so good about myself and happy with how my hair turned out! So glad I choose this salon!!

Melissa, Keri & Jen are phenomenal, and if I hadn’t moved away- I’d still be coming here. Melissa is talented beyond her years & takes pride in her work. She takes time to make sure you look and feel beautiful when you leave her chair and I got so many compliments when was in charge of my hair ☺️. You definitely need to try this place.

You are in good hands with anyone at Style Points!! I have super curly hair and will never go anywhere else (been going here since I moved to the CT area in 2017!). Melissa is my go to stylist and she does an amazing balayage! She is also super knowledgeable about the latest products that are great on curly hair as well as how to prevent hair damage. I always leave very happy and my hair super refreshed :) The atmosphere at the salon is always so welcoming and the front desk staff is always super friendly, responsive, and accommodating as well! I definitely recommend booking an appointment here!!

Eric did an amazing job. I hadn't been to a salon in over a year and I left feeling confident with an awesome cut and style! My hair felt healthier then it has in a very long time! Love love love the color and high lights!!! Thank you Eric.

Eric was great! Very personable, suggested how to work with my hair in a way that will work for my routine. Asked to curl my hair which I’ve never done, but love how it came out! Can’t wait to go back 😍💇🏻‍♀️

I never leave reviews but I also never leave a place almost in tears because I feel so good about myself. Molly did my hair and I have never had someone have so much knowledge about waves and curls or give me something that suits me! She did such an amazing job that I feel so beautiful and happy with my natural hair. If you have curly or wavy hair, get the Deva Cut from Molly!

I went to Style Points Salon for the first time yesterday and had my hair cut and colored by Molli. As a business owner, I can't help but observe employees through the lens of "would I hire this person?" and watching how a business treats it's customers. A+ across the board. The front desk team members were welcoming and pleasant. Molli showed excitement and enthusiasm in helping me discover what I wanted to do with my hair and was attentive and super friendly. I'm honestly not much of a talker and after some very pleasant small talk, she allowed me to just enjoy the experience. In the end, I was looking for a salon that made me feel confident they knew what they were doing and took the time during the shampooing to do a bit of a head massage (silly, I know, but so relaxing and nice when it happens). Molli was professional, engaged, and clearly knew what she was talking about. I don't get my hair done often, but I will 100% be going back :)

The Style Points team is amazing. I had a hairstylist cancel last minute two days before my wedding and Jen was able to fit me in super last minute with Molli, who did an amazing job with my hair on nothing but two Pinterest pictures. Love you ladies!

They did a great job on my hair, and I really like it. The reason I can't give them 5 stars is that I went in for a $45 haircut, but was then told I needed an $80 haircut for my curly hair. I was fine with that, but when I got to the counter they charged me $125.00 and refused to explain what the extra cost was. They assured me that I wasn't being charged for two haircuts, but I'm still unsure because if you add $45 to $80 you get $125. The woman at the counter started sounding tense so I just dropped it and paid the full amount, because I didn't want to experience an unpleasant exchange. I had no extra services done, no coloring, nothing but a haircut - not even a blowout. So, if you have a lot of disposable income, go here. If you have to save up for a nice haircut like I do, you're going to be ridiculously over charged

My daughter found this salon and called to inquire about pricing on a partial foil. She was quoted $90 plus $20 for toner. They told her it would be 15 per cent off for first time customers. When it came time to pay, our total was $148.75 and that included the discount. They charged $30 for a blow dry, and they never indicated that this would be an extra cost or asked if she wanted this. They charged $110 for the foil and $30 for the toner. When we asked about the difference, they said that they put her with a higher level stylist, but this was never brought to her attention. The color is great, but this is a sneaky way to do business.

Style Points is the BEST. They really KNOW all kinds of hair, including curly.....and that is NOT easy to find in CT. Alana is wonderful, and so are all the stylists. Color, cut, curly or blown out. They can do it all.....& as,someone used to Manhattan stylists, I KNOW how rare this is here in northeastern CT.

Wonderful Salon and in a very good location. My partner worked with Stylist Melissa for a regular wash and cut for our first visit. Melissa helped her #fight_the_frizz of her hair and worked some beautiful curls in. The salon is well-priced for the area and stands up to many of the 'fancy' salons nearby. As a first-time customer, she also got 15% off: great way to help people come back for more!
