I went in today in desperate need of a do. Finally getting out now that businesses are reopened, and I wanted to get right for my date. My hair was very tangled, I'd done a wash and go that looked great yesterday, but was through and through today. I sat in the chair and this professional stylist came at my dry tangled hair with a comb, and I'm thinking to myself I know not. Instead of washing and detangling my hair, and then combing it, she proceeded to then attempt to wash my hair and rake her fingers through to detangle my hair while washing it. When I mentioned it to her, she was silent. I'm not about to let this ruin my day, so I politely change my service from a rod set to just a wash. I had to ask if she had detanglizer. Afterwards, it took her less than 3 minutes to put detanglizer on my hair and detangle it. Now, I've been to her before and I know this was not her M.O. I honestly feel that she felt a way that I came in the shop with my hair looking the way it did.The vibe was off, her conversation and service were off, and it just wasn't somewhere that I wanted to spend my money. Went to the barbershop, got it cut and carrying on with this beautiful day. This stylist does do good work, today was just a whole unnecessary mess. God bless.

MY stylist is Travis Douglas. I enjoy going to him every single time. He always has engaging conversations and does a phenomenal job on my nature hair.

Rich is always very professional & friendly. Overall he is a great person with a wonderful personality! He is truly an expert at what he does from blowouts, cuts, color you name it he will slay it!

This salon is "ALL that & then SOME. All 4 stylists are professional. Very little to no wait time for an appointment, clean chairs(I hate salons with dirty sitting areas), and most of professional work performed here. Highly recommended.

Very professional environment....fast and efficient. You walk in for your appointment and your stylist is waiting on you. I've never experienced a stylist whose ready when you get there to give you a personal experience. You're in and out.....awesome!!!

All of the stylist are friendly. The owner is an orginal. The shop has a great setup and design. I see Gelz and she bombs my natural blowouts everytime!

I have personally hired two stylist at this location (shout out to Demetrius from Columbia and shout out to Kevin - ATL stylist). Professional environment and service!
