Unfortunately, we are going to have find another salon. There doesn’t seem to be a dedicated reservationist and it is very difficult to get a call back from a stylist on appointment requests. There should be an online request form through the website, and I can’t find one. Sad because we liked this salon a lot but when booking an appointment becomes a daily reminder to follow up on my or my daughter’s task list, I have to consider other options.

Had a botched haircut from another salon on Friday. I contacted Laura on a Sunday letting her know the situation and that I had a funeral for a close family member that Tuesday. I thought all hope was lost, but Laura got me in Monday afternoon and saved the day! So grateful and I have definitely found a new salon home. Thanks again!

Laura is by far the best hairstylist I've ever been to! I Started going to her 17+ years ago and loved her instantly.. She's not only amazing at doing hair, but also just a really great person..A true gem! I get compliments on my highlights regularly, and it's all thanks to Laura! Oh, and she's never cut off more than what I've asked..lol.

The worst salon in Southaven I tried to make an appointment and they were rude about it. It was also my first time calling The salon and they said they would be back to me when the appointment is ready and they never got back to me.
