Victoria is a beautiful hair and color stylist. After a bad haircut and color, I went to Studio 480 to see if there was any way to correct them. Victoria took on the challenge. I walked out of the salon with my head held high, feeling like a new woman! The color and cut changed my insecure feelings with the prior experience to feeling beautiful instead of wearing a hat to cover up the previous job. Thank you, Victoria! I went home and cried- literally. I told the lady I want a root melt and take red out b/c my color was fading. I got more highlights and no root met. The hair cut and deep conditioner was ONLY thing I was ok with. I hate confrontation and paid and went home contemplating my life, I didn’t go to a school salon, I went to a professional salon paid the price both $200 and bad hair job. Respond: Stylist called me back for a re-do. You can't pay me to sit in her chair again. This is when i found out that salon hires stylists independently ADVISE: do your research. So many 5 stars reviews I either was unlucky or fake reviews to boost business. only reason i went to this salon is because of the reviews.

It's a good salon if you are white with straight hair. My bi-racial daughter did not fare so well. (We did ask for someone who could handle curls on the initial call). Besides the old white-lady stares upon entering, her stylist had no idea what to do with her curls. All we needed was ends trimmed. Our hairstylist was flustered and kept referring to my daughter's curls as "that kind of hair, " continually listing all the things "wrong" with it. My daughter was near tears throughout the appointment and said she would never go back. I don't blame her.

Second visit to Studio 480, first visit not as I would have hoped thanks to me not clearly stating what I expected. Second visit was absolutely the best haircut I've ever had, exactly what I wanted, easy care especially for someone who prefers to spend minimum time grooming, but still wants to look good. I will be going back and I'll recommend Salon 480 to every one, Rene is fantastic and really cares about her clients, something I've never experienced. Thank you Rene!!!

Not sure where it went wrong, but Im overwhelmed. Dispite this looks nothing like the picture I gave her, after she showed the result, I asked her if it was all one length, she said yes, I was disappointed because the picture I show her litterally had layers, but still walked away without asking anything further. Now I realize I have to part the hair exactly how she cut it, or it looks like this. One length never worked. Now I remember other hairstylist I had before did mention about which side to part hair while cutting hair, she carefully cut it evenly both sides, with layers. All of my haircut usually took an hour or two, now I do appreciate them. This girl took 30 mins.

Today was my first visit to the salon. Megan colored, highlighted, trimmed and styled my hair. I looked & felt like a different person. I was very impressed and I will be scheduling with Megan again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exactly what I’ve been looking for! Got a fabulous wash, cut and dry from Marlene and couldn’t be happier with my experience. As a busy stay at home mom who never knows when I’ll have availability for me-time I greatly appreciated their online scheduler which allowed me to book a last minute appointment when my schedule opened up. Marlene was ready for me as soon as I arrived, she understood what I wanted and got straight to work, she was quick and kind and I left with exactly what I asked for. Thank you!
