Raelynn was so sweet and took care of my haircut , I'm very satisfied with her work and she has a very great personality she answered all my questions and gave recommendations on how I can keep my hair looking great . I totally recommend booking with her

I have had my hair cut and styled here a few times. Every time I leave, I am IN LOVE with my hair. I got my hair cut/curled for a wedding and it was stunning. I got so many compliments on it. The service is great from the moment you walk in to when you leave. 10/10 would recommend to any of my girls.

I moved here a year ago and needed to find a new salon to go to. It can be hard to find someone that does bleach bond hair. Nina has been phenomenal not only is she so kind and fun to visit with but she also does an amazing job with my hair and gives the best washes I’ve ever had. The salon is very clean and decorated so cute. I’m glad I found a great place to go to in Folsom and I leave happy every time!

Professional and lovely ladies work at Salon 4:15!! I have been getting my haircut and colored (both highlights and lowlights) since the spring of 2018. During these past six years, I have had three stylists (Jodi Connolly, Paige Brazil, Nina Cruz). I appreciate the consistency between the three stylists, and how they work as a team. During this time I’ve had to reschedule appointments and they always get me in at my convenience. My hair turnes out exactly as I request! I highly recommend Salon 415 on Natomas Street in Folsom!

Studio 415 is amazing! So amazing that l drive almost 2 hours to get there. I was really nervous to go from long hair to short but Nina has made the transition easy. She has given me curls l did not know l had and a color that blends in all my gray. Thank you Nina and Studio 415! Your place makes me feel excited once a month for my self care hair. 💖🤩🥰

I Love the friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, professionalism, location etc.It’s a full service salon with nail techs, hair stylists, massage therapists, and estheticians. I’ve been getting my hair done there for years and I am always pleased with the results! I had my hair permed by Nina 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. It’s been so easy to maintain and makes my hair look fuller👍

I go into Studio 415 every 6-8 weeks for a trim, root touch up and toner. Zoë does such a great job and gives the best hair wash when we’re done! The aesthetic is clean! Neutral tones and no clutter around the stations which adds the relaxing vibe.

I had an 11:30 appointment with a hair stylist named Gabby. We arrived 15 minutes early and there was nowhere for me to sit so I stood. After standing for about a half an hour there still was nowhere to sit and my daughter was still waiting to get her hair done. I know they're busy but common courtesy would it be to at least offer your guests a seat. Finally at around noon she took my daughter back to do her hair but didn't even ask me what I wanted her hair to look like. My daughter is too young to know what she likes exactly when it comes to her hair so I had to walk back there, Uninvited to let her know what I wanted. She seemed like she knew what I was talking about. 45 minutes later her hair was done and it looked nothing like the picture. There was framing in the face but there was no layers in the back. It looks choppy and I'm going to have to style it every morning to get it to not flip outwards. I asked her if she could fix it and she said we would have to wait another 20 minutes. We had already been there so long we didn't have any more time. For good customer service you would take the customer back right away to fix it not make them wait 20 minutes.

I love this Salon! Jodi did the best color & cut on my hair. Nina helped out as well and the team work was amazing. My long red har now has highlights and a great layered cut with much more body. Everyone is so friendly!

I went in with high expectations after reading the reviews. I left completely disappointed. It was my first time as a new client. The stylist that I had an appointment with asked me what I wanted. I told her what I was looking for. Afterwards she immediately told me she only had 1.5 hrs and wouldn’t be able to do it. I said okay & asked her then if she could just add some color and do a touch up. All she did was bleach the front section of my hair blonde and left the rest of my hair as is(which is dark brown). My hair looks all wonky now. Now I have to look for another stylist that will able to repair the damage that was done as the holidays approach within this same week.

I’m always afraid of going to a salon to get my hair done because I don’t feel that the hairstylist knows what I want, despite bringing in pictures! Then I met Olivia at my youngest daughters wedding reception and found out she was a hairstylist! I saw her work and knew immediately she was going to be the one hairstylist I would feel comfortable and excited to have do my hair, and I was right! Thank you Olivia for being the epitome of what a hairstylist should be😍

I moved to the area about a year ago and discovered Studio 415. I started going to Paula for all of my waxing needs (She is GREAT! but keep reading...) However, my most recent appointment the front desk gal scheduled me with the wrong esthetician, and it was literally the worst wax experience I have ever had (I have been getting waxed forever, and moved to Folsom after living in Seattle and Santa Monica, so I have been to spas up and down the West Coast, and have never experienced services as bad as those from Dawn Wilson at Studio 415). Her wax job was so bad and incredibly rude that I stopped her halfway through and went back to the front desk to express my dissatisfaction - and the front desk gal was unhelpful. Worst of all, I requested to speak with the manager/owner and still to this day have not received a call, email, or any sort of follow-up. Unbelieveable! (For all the reviews that say how great the owner/manager is, they must have some sort of connection with her, because as a fairly new customer, I did not receive ANY communication or response regarding my experience - still waiting!) If you are looking for a salon/spa in the Folsom area I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere. If you insist on heading to Studio 415, do not schedule your waxing/facials with Dawn Wilson, or you will be sorely disappointed.
