Walked out feeling phenomenal! Exactly the haircut and style I wanted! How lucky was I to have my first appt with Penny?? Selected a Discount Day on their website, which looked fantastic. She is Super personable, easy going, knew just what I needed and aimed to please. Appt went smooth, not too quickly and not too slow. What a fun experience. I felt comfortable immediately and knew this was the right place. Bought some goodies, prices are affordable, and I hope to win the Holiday Gift Basket Drawing ;))))) Thanks again for a superb experience, I can't wait to return soon!!

Absolutely loved the lady who cut my hair. Her name slips my mind but she's been a stylist for 30+ years and she is still at the top of her game. Her conversations were completely genuine and she shed some light on a few things going on in my life. I left that place looking and feeling like a million bucks. 🥰😍

Great first time experience for my haircut and hair-wash, got professional and atmosphere is clean and neat , I would encourage to play some light music as well to make environment easy 😄 I definitely will go back for my haircut here again , looking forward to getting better experience every-time as first time.

Rachel did a great job on my hair cut and color! I was very impressed with the level of customer service from this salon that seems to be missing from the industry these days. Another hair stylist from another salon canceled on me last minute on a Saturday and left me hanging with upcoming events. Studio 3 was able to get me in the same day and communicated with me very quickly. The owner personally called me to schedule this within minutes of leaving a message. I’ve already made one recommendation to this salon to a friend. The level of expertise and customer service was a breath of fresh air and I will be back!

Had this woman Shleby cut mine and my girlfriends hair She was very friendly and did an amazing job. Would recommend anyone with shorter hair going there and saying hi to her

I Googled "hair salons in GR" hoping to find one with good reviews, and one that could get me in quick as I decided this last Thursday it was time for a haircut. Studio 3 was the one I decided to message on here and take my chances! I was so excited to find out they had appointments available today! Penny responded fairly quickly to my message on Google and was able to set me up with an appointment without a phone call! I was given arrival instructions due to them not at their normal location at the moment, but they were clear and doable! Penny is passionate about what she does and loves connecting with her clients. Lastly, I have NEVER had a stylist ask me if I wanted my hair straightened or curled after a cut! She asked me!! Why not!? I've been here once to get a trim and partial highlights. The trim was dramatically lopsided and the color was left in way too long and it turned out much lighter than I wanted. Very poor experience.
