I was dealing with lingering congestion from a cold that would NOT go away. The halotherapy was recommended and I’m so glad I tried it, after one session I could physically feel the congestion draining and felt better within a day or two. Highly recommend! I also did a session the infrared sauna and it felt so good! It will require a few sessions before I see the benefits but I’m excited to continue! The space is very calming and relaxing, a great place to relax!

I am someone who loves yoga and have a personal stretching routine of my own, but Stretchology offers a level of personal attention and expertise that goes above and beyond what's possible on my own. It is overall body care that does me good.

I recently tried Halotherapy at Stretchology and loved the experience! From the moment I walked in, the calm atmosphere made me feel at ease. During the session, I could already feel my breathing getting easier, and I was totally relaxed the whole time. Afterward, I felt more energized, my skin felt softer, and I just had this clear-headed, refreshed feeling. The staff was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

I suffered for three weeks with lingering cold symptoms - runny nose, coughing spells, and hoarseness. I did one session of halotherapy at Stretchology, and my symptoms completely disappeared that day, and never returned.

I'm an RN and had the owner stretch me out. She was very thorough and worked with my muscles, not hurting or over stretching. She had a very nice touch/tecnique. She covered my whole body.

I’ve enjoyed several of the services, including assisted stretching, halo salt therapy, and the infrared sauna. The stretches provided by Sonya and Sarah helped relieve tightness in my hips, lower back, and hamstrings. I have been struggling for years and they have helped me tremendously! It’s especially a great option to have following the F45 workout. It’s just what you need to feel your best for the day!! The salt therapy is one of my favorite services due to its calming effect. It left my skin so soft and cleared my congestion. I felt overall so much better after just one session!! And lastly, the infrared sauna was such an amazing, cleansing experience. This facility is such a gem, with the kindest staff and commitment to providing the best service!!

I have to do a shout out to Sonya, first and foremost, because she is always helping us F45 peps! I’ve been suffering with allergies “terrible” over the past week! She suggested a salt sauna treatment for allergies and let me just say it has helped me ALOT! I have some relief!! Thank you, Sonya!! 👍🙌😀

I know I should stretch more yet I typically do not make it a priority. Having turned 60, recovering from hip replacement and a knee injury, I’ve made stretching a priority. Stretchology is amazing. I feel so much better and I’m less apt to suffer an injury while exercising and hiking. I invested in a package deal. After 2 sessions I feel wonderful. My body feels younger and my sleep has improved.

I didn't realize how much pain I was actually living with until I got off the table and felt amazing. Stretch session with Sonya was liberating. Her skill for targeting a problem area is almost psychic; very intuitive. I thought I'd go in and this would be nearly intolerant but it was the exact opposite. I walked out feeling like a new lady. Give Stretchology a try, they're fantastic!

We had a wonderful experience today! Davey worked with me and he was professional and helpful. I was honestly not sure what to expect but it was a relaxing experience and I would highly recommend. My mom worked with Sonya who was also fantastic. She was really knowledgeable and helped facilitate a calming experience. We used the infrared sauna after which was the perfect way to end a good stretch! 10/10 would recommend stretchology!

First session was amazing, I feel great and I’m looking forward to schedule future stretches. Very clean calm relaxing space with so many options of self care to choose from. Everyone should definitely go check them out!
