This was my husband's and my first ever spa visit (and this hotel also), we wanted to do something nice for our belated anniversary. The hotel is gorgeous, huge, sparkling, everyone working there smiling. The spa was incredible. Clean, there were lockers with keys, sandals, luxurious robes, plenty of towels. We both used the sauna, the steam room (my favorite) and the co-ed mineral pool in back. Then we waited in the relax room for our massages and we did the couples massage. I had THE BEST massage I've ever had and my husband said the same thing. English was good, she asked about issues, concerns, specific and sensitive areas. I had a foot surgery recently so I didn't want that area massaged too hard. She was so gentle on my foot and so wonderful on the rest, her pressure was perfect everywhere, she found knots I didn't even realize I had, even massaged my head/scalp (heck ya!). Oh and the tables were high end built in heater on an adjustable base and so squishy I floated right in. Then, our groupon came with a day pass for the pools, water slides and lazy river access. And we walked by 3 places to grab a snack/food/sit down meal and adult drinks at at least 2 of those places. We only got a few minutes in to enjoy the pools because of the rain, but we weren't disappointed there either! Everything was great and we're looking forward to going again. Overpriced as almost all resorts spas are, but the services I received were great. Gary provided an excellent CBD muscle ache massage. And Chrissy gave a stunning haircut. They indicated a 5% service charge will.be added to all services "for my convenience." This was not the tip, and i did not find this convenient. Charge more for the service or pay your people better, but don't nickel and dime me calling it "like a resort fee." I'm already staying at the resort.

A lovely afternoon! Everyone from the people at check-in to Jeni who gave us a tour of the facilities (serentity pool, steam room, sauna, showers, relaxing room with tea and snacks) were wonderful. Gary's deep-tissue massage was great! Thank you!

Ditto to Janet! Save your money, go to the ritz, Naples grande, or honestly even woodhouse day spa. Our masseuse started washing her hands at the end which was very disruptive to the relaxing environment. I frequent spas a lot, and I won’t be back.

I had an 80 minute massage yesterday and was disappointed. For $250, I don’t believe that my experience was what it should have been. The masseuse was nice, a little rough, but did lighten her touch per my request. The linens were silk or polyester-felt awful and sweaty. No soft music or candles, no scent. The masseuse excused herself for a bathroom break which cut into my time. When I checked out, the girl asked what I wanted to tip and when I got home, I saw that I was charged a $12.50 service charge-for what???? From now on, I’ll go back to the ritz or Naples grande.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Stillwater Spa. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The facilities were comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed the sauna, steam room, pool, and comfy relaxation chairs. It was well appointed with all of the things you'd need (fluffy robes, toiletries, etc). The massage I received was exceptional -- the table was top-notch and they included aromatherapy, hot stones, and a heated blanket that really elevated the whole experience. Would highly recommend overall!

Such a fantastic and positive experience with Mara who did my manicure and pedicure. She is wonderful at what she does and it's very apparent that she truly cares about the experience her clients have. I can't say enough good things about her. The only downside (having nothing to do with her) is that I'm accustomed to always checking in early to use the sauna or steam room prior to my treatments, but just today learned that a manicure + pedicure isn't counted as a "spa treatment," therefore you aren't allowed to use the sauna, steam room, or fitness center. Seems as if this one minor change would be a small price to pay to keep year-round customers and clients coming back.

My wife and I love checking out new day spas so we were excited to try this one out. Was a nice experience but the prices definitely exceed the experience. For a couples 80 min massage, CBD lotion addon, and a 20% tip it was $700. They have decent amenities but not enough to justify that price point. 5 star hotel spas with unrivaled amenities don't even have that high of a price point typically. My massage was really great, a female therapist from Peru, but my wife's therapist was not strong at all and gave a very soft massage despite both insisting ahead of time we wanted deep tissue. I would say it may be worth checking out as nice day spas in the area are limited but the experience was kind of middle of the road overall with a very unjustified price point.

Nice place. They have a sauna and steam room on the mens side. And a mineral pool that you can relax in that is coed. Got a massage. The massage therapist was nice and gave me the time to discuss what I wanted for the massage. Enjoyable experience.

Total pampered service from beginning to end. The staff at the Hyatt Regency is amazing. Every detail is taken care of so that you enjoy and relax in the perfect atmosphere.

I visited this spa in January while on vacation, and only used my credit card to hold my reservation when I booked online. I ultimately used another card to pay for the services. It is now July, and i just got charged $362 for two deep tissue massages. I live in Tennessee, so this was most definitely not me. Not only is the spa not refunding me, but one of their employees clearly stole my information since the card was only used in their online system. I am disappointed in Stillwater/Hyatt for allowing this to happen and forcing me to take it up with my credit card company.
