Met with Rachel today for my first appointment and was pleasantly surprised. Been on a long search for a stylist and I’m really happy Rachel was taking on new clients. Great color, great cut, love the salon. Overall, very happy.

Would give a 0 if that was possible. My daughter went to Payton and she chopped her hair horribly. Terrible customer service also.

After not having my hair done in forever I decided I wanted to get it done. I called the day before my appointment and she fit me in without any issues! I came in and had shown Rachel a picture of the hair color I wanted and she brought it to life!!! I am so happy to have found static salon and will continue to go there for all of my hair needs!

I have been going to Static for over 12 years now. Heather does my hair exactly how I ask her to and she laughs at all my jokes. The atmosphere here is professional, but fun and light hearted. All of the ladies are so very welcoming. I love it!

I’ve heard great things about this place but it appears to be impossible to make an appointment without going inside. I’ve called 7 times over the last few days and left a voicemail with my info, and tried to go through their website. Haven’t been able to reach anybody yet. Would love to get my hair cut here but I’m very busy and don’t have time to go inside just to make an appointment, so it looks like I have to take my business elsewhere. Would love to hear back from anybody to make an appointment.

I have tried twice now to get something scheduled. The first time a while back I scheduled online and when I got there they told me they didnt book online. I completely understand when things like that happen, however I left my name and number and never received a call and they told me they would cause of the inconvenience. I waited a month or so and called them this time and left my name and information again and explained the issues last time. The woman told me she was sorry and someone would call me to get something scheduled. Its noe been 2 weeks since then and I have not heard anything still. I have always heard great things about this salon but both of my experiences were terrible.

Amy is a phenomenal stylist. She a master at color and cuts. I'm asked constantly by friends and strangers who does my hair. You cant do better than Amy Young.

The reviews about Amy are so true! I didn’t do color, I went in for a cut and style. Amy knew exactly what I was going for and listened to all of my ideas/concerns. She is so kind and easy to talk to. I’ve been growing out my hair for three years and I’ve gotten tired of the long thick hair. I was worried about going short but it turned out better than I hoped. I’m so glad to have found such a lovely stylist here in Cleveland. When it’s time for color or any new style I’ll be going to Amy.

Brittani was amazing! She fit me into her schedule so quickly and gave me color, cut and style and it looked amazing! Best haircut I have had in Cleveland! I love the friendly environment as well. The ladies in there were so nice to each other and all customers in the salon. This will be my go to salon from now on!

Dara is phenomenal such a sweet soul and personally a great friend only person to ever touch my hair..(seriously) 💞 highly recommend this place and all the ladies!! The atmosphere is great and trendy. Prices are fair! You'll always be in great hands.
