daughter fractured her fibula and Star Spa gingerly did her toes and made her quite happy. in the process did mine too (solidarity w the injured) and now she laughs whenever she sees daddy toes and it keeps her in good spirits.

After 20 years of being a customer I was told not to come back after I asked the manager to slow down. She yelled at me 2x in front of everyone in the store and continued to yell, refused to listen, put words in my mouth that I never said and embarrassed me badly. She is highly talented and does excellent work but treats long time customers like they aren’t important. My time that was scheduled was not enough and I had to suffer because of the rush. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable of a manager of a business. The impact this episode had on me was devastating.

I were told to make appointment and I have alerted for late 10 minutes. But I still wait for more than 30 minutes. What is the point to make appointment.

My pedicure lasted 3 days and they refused to fix it. I’ve been coming here for years ! My pedicures usually last weeks !!!

I do Russian Manis only so I try different salons for gel pedi. My preferred salon was closed today because of snow so I came here. Disaster. Rude, unprofessional, NOT CLEAN, and terrible job. Will not be coming back. So did it so fast - I felt like she was doing me a favor!!!!

Horrible experience, they rush as if they are doing it for free. Didn’t clean cuticles well at all. I left so disappointed. If you’re looking for a decent manicure pedicure pls avoid this place at all cost.

I have been going to this spa for my manicures and pedicures for over 10 years. They do it all, but do the classic mani pedi and facials do it the best

Today was my second time there and the technician was ok until she cut me during my waxing. Then when she did my pedicure it wasn’t that amazing and it wasn’t cheap. At the end, she asked if I would leave a tip cash or on the card and when I told the amount she repeated it and didn’t say thank you. I will be looking for another place.

This is my second time there the first I had dip powder done on and the furl that did it sweet but did not do a great job on the second week my dip powder was separating from my nail but because my client and friend so highly recommend them I gave Thea second chance but this time I made an appointment with a specific nail technician Kevin I came in today 10 minutes early the girl came up to me and said that Kevin was not available I told her I made an appointment for Kevin dip powder and pedicure she told me that I that if I don't mind having someone else do my pedicure I said ok low and behold I ended getting the girl that did my nail the last time so she finished my pedicure had me sit in the chair to get my nails done I said I made an appointment with Kevin they had the audacity to tell me that Kevin was taking care of my friend she so passed I ended up with the same nail tech from before they are telling me that she is soo good which I know is needs more training got my nails done reluctantly by giving them the benefit of the doubt that I had and it was horrible my nails where bumpy not smooth it was worst than the first time never again I said he'll no no matter how much you pay me I will never ever go back to that place again to get my nails done .

Close nail salon to my house that’s open on sundays. not that busy on Sunday mornings. They always do a good job.

Technician did not act friendly. Was throwing out my feet or hands without calmly playing them down. Was working extremely fast. Did not help me out of the pedicure chair. Did not bring my shoes at the dryer.
