DO NOT recommend. Super rude as soon as we entered and price gouging like crazy. Treated me like I was beneath them, especially the young women there. Talking to eachother the entire time not even speaking to me. Nails were ok but not worth the horrible treatment. Never going again!!

This is the only place where I trust getting my eyebrows done at. They were fast and quick, and the results still came out perfect just for $25 😍

I didn’t ask the name of the guy who did my nails but he took his time , meaning he didn’t make me feel he was rushing to get to the next person. And he was very gentle while doing my nails. I just overall felt good about my experience and I look forward to him doing my nails again. Some suggestions for this salon would be that they engage with their customers instead of one another. And respect, as always, can take you a long way. Don’t ever believe that you get so much service for your business that your business will never see and end. Other than this. My experience was great today as already stated.

I would advise you to strongly stay away! The work is sloppy, the attitudes are ignorant, and the accountability for poor work doesn’t exist!!!! I haven’t been here in yearsss! So Im not sure what happen to the previous owner ; Tran! I came because I expected that she’d be here. But the new management is terrible!!! Please go elsewhere!! Take your hard earned money to a salon with integrity and respect for their customers. It’s obvious that they don’t like the people that employee them, or at least me. My thumb nails share no symmetry. It was 1/2 repairs with my fill in. My middle finger nail on my left hand is sticking up compared to the others; this is the same nail that the younger male said wasn’t crooked when in fact it was! The younger female had to try and fix it by filing down one side of it. I returned the next day with the issues I just stated; the younger males response was that I had to pay $10 for the crooked/lifted middle finger and that someone else would file the thumb for free! Why would I pay again for an issue that wasn’t caused by my own doing; that I paid for on yesterday. (Oh and might I add; his co worker(male) thought this was funny. He literally laughed in my face at the complaint and poor work). It was a repair that he did not do correctly. He also said that when I left; it was fine— I made no complaints!! and that today I’m not essentially happy. His remark was laughable, had I returned 7 days later; he’d have a point, but within 24 hours is absurd! The nail is no longer crooked, but it’s lifted. So it’s a new issue and a new day! I will dispute the $90 charge and will neverrrrr return. Please be advised, GO ELSEWHERE!!

The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming. The wait time is not long. I recommend this spot. The staff knows some of their clientele. When I say I’m getting my regular they know exactly what I want. Mai is my favorite of them all.

This has been the worst nail experience ever ..Customer service awful ..I was told after the fact the guy who started my nails doesn’t usually do nails only pedicures ..I showed them a picture and they gave me the complete opposite ..First picture what I ask for 2nd picture what I got ..I called back to resolve the issue because I had to pick my baby up and I was told it wasn’t anything they could do about it ..The worst and I will never return ..
