So first time and probably the last. Yes very friendly. But my nails look awful. On top of that the only reason I got them done was for a funeral tomorrow. 65 dollars for what??? Very disappointed. I paid 65 dollars for what looks like a shiny horrible paint job. They are way to short and stubby. One thing I wanted done for my lost loved one and got screwed over.

Came in at 11:30 am for a fill and a color change, I was passed around to 3 different people, it took them 3 hours just to do a color change on toes, not getting the nail style I wanted because I have a concert and 3 hours was pushing it! I will never return and don’t recommend unless you have time and money to wast!

I was able to walk in and have the gel polish removed from my nails for a good price. Everyone was really nice

Got acrylic nails here. The tech who was working on me was very racist assuming I was Hispanic and saying weird things to me. Kept telling him I don't speak Spanish ... Not sure if he even really understood English ?? Very awkward encounter

I came here to get a sns/ dip manicure and they told me to have a seat where I sat and soaked my nails with no one coming to me for 40 minutes. Then after they finally got my nails cleaned said they didn’t really have time for a dip manicure. So she did gel in about ten minutes. They are super thin and chipping and it hasn’t even been a week. Could have done a better job just doing them myself. I tipped over 20% because I didn’t have change so h paid 50 dollars for very poorly/ ten minute gel nails

My daughter and I went there. No appointment so I’m grateful after about 45 minutes they got to us. My 8 year old got a fill in on acrylic and pedicure and I got one nail repair. Was charged $105 WOW my daughter chose nail art but most nails it was not art was charged for a line on her nail only 2 nails had art. When we left she had polish on her feet skin part. Wants to get redone for beach trip. Will never go back here. They use to be good. The daughter is good. But why the charge for nail art for each finger when you clearly only put a flower on 2 fingers. Overcharged.

The service here is top tier! The salon is clean and that was refreshing. My pedicure was great and my feet are soft and beautiful. I got an overlay and gel polish on my nails and I am very satisfied how the set turned out. I will be back.

They had an issue with getting ingrown toenails out. I paid 50 dollars for him to complain about it in a jokingly manner and I still tipped him good. My toe has sense been sore. Also the pedicure does not come with gel polish.

Been 2x so far and very pleased with my service. Cleared up an infection under my fingernail that I had gotten from my "regular" salon !! I have now switched to DIPS because its not so thick and no hump in the middle. Always kind.

Disgusting and dirty place. If you don’t want a foot infection, don’t come here. The staff were very rude and do not treat you like a human being here. It is family owned but you can tell it is a very toxic environment.

I have been going here since I graduated college back in 2011 and I love them! The pedicure massages are excellent and I love the color variety. They are very friendly and welcoming!

My best friend and I went to Star Nails for the first time yesterday, and we will definitely never be back. We called ahead of time to ask if they had availability for two dip powder manicures. They said yes, so we went. They already had 3 people in chairs, and only two people working, and they also accepted three more customers while we were there, not informing them of how long of a wait there was. Not only were we there entirely too long, this is the worst dip I’ve ever had, and I left with 3 fingers bleeding and dip all over my skin. 1 chipped a few hours later, not doing anything to it. My fingers hurt so badly today. They were so unprofessional and unapologetic. Horrible. 0/10.

I’ve gone there a couple times where I was well serviced by the daughter and an older gentleman who no longer works there. I went to get a pedicure where there was still skin visible. Trying to address that was like talking to a brick wall with the staff. They have NO accountability when they mess up. What upset me most is even with them literally seeing the issue they still tried to make me feel out to be the issue. I am highly disappointed in their mannerism and will not be back. The lady asked me “how much are you paying for your pedicure” and her intention on saying that was to say because I didn’t choose the most expensive one that’s why the quality of the service wasn’t good. No one should be working in the salon and not know how to perform the service

My daughter and I booked appointments for pedicures. We splurged on the deluxe green tea pedicures $55 each. It was wonderful! It’s a pedicure that emphasizes exfoliation. It was over an hour long service and it was great! My feet have never been so smooth. It is family owned which I appreciate. And they required a mask and sterilized everything including the chairs. Will come back for sure!

UPDATE: 4/17/2021- I came back after a 1 year delay because of COVID. Now fully vaccinated, but still being careful, I really appreciated the By Appointment Only services, temperature check, mask requirement, and hand washing requirement. There were only 3 other customers in the salon with me. The price for the OPI Spa Pedicure went up from $35 a year ago to $40, but I was more than happy to pay it. Lynda did an excellent job again, taking her time with my poor, neglected feet, and I am leaving a very satisfied customer, looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend Star Nails and Lynda! 3/2020: I had a $35 OPI Spa pedicure by Lynda this afternoon. She took her time with my cuticles and heels, and did a great job on the nails. I'll be returning!

Did a really good job. Very nice too. I got there an hour before closing and she didn't rush through or anything. UPDATE: Nails started popping off around a week later. Paid 40 and 10 dollar tip

I have been going to this place for a minimum of 2 years. it's pretty clean, not overly crowded, & reasonably priced. I think I've only had 2-3 unsatisfactory visits but this last visit was the last straw. due to covid they are appointment only right now which I completely forgot about but I had showed up @ opening time & they were kind enough to fit me in. I got my regular selection (I work in healthcare so it's never super fancy), normally it runs me about $50, this time it was $60 but I got extra length. I even tipped and thanked the man for squeezing me in. they seemed a little thinner than normal but they felt secure & looked nice. I got them done on a Friday morning by sunday (2 days later) 1 of the nails broke off IN MY SLEEP. not @ work. not doing any activity. simply sleeping. even my boyfriend thought that was crazy. I called them Monday & told them what happened & asked if I needed to make an appt to fix it. the man said no, to just come @ opening time which is 930a. I REPEATEDLY asked if I should make an appt. he said no. I work 3rd shift in a medical facility. I had planned to get off from work & get to the nail salon. I was held up @ work & got to the salon ASAP which was 950a. there were people being serviced already. i did not expect them to stop servicing anyone to accommodate me, however Linda kept telling me that I could make an appt or come back in an hour. I did not have that kind of time which is why I called the day before! I do understand I was 20min later than expected but I did not anticipate having to wait an hour or even having to come back so quickly in the first place! I only had 1 nail broken but it was completely missing. I left without being serviced. a few hours later, ANOTHER nail was beginning to break! again doing absolutely nothing! there is no way my nails should be unforcibly be breaking completely off in less than a week! unfortunately I will probably end up removing the set they did & finding another salon. I can not continue to patronize a business that does not stand by their work after it's done & who are not considerate of their customers.

we went we were there for over 3 hours, the painting job was awful they cut me the length was awful and they were way over priced just for a fill in. i don’t suggest
