this was my second time coming to this salon. they are perfectionists which is perfect because I am, too. the nail care beforehand doing a full set leaves my nails strong, not weak and chipped like every other salon I’ve been to. the salon is super clean, and everyone is SO nice and friendly.

I had one of the best nail experience at Star Nails. Despite the salon being so busy upon arrival, I was treated with respect and kindness. My nail stylist was careful and thorough in the process of doing my nails. She did a fabulous job and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Me and my sister came in no appointment and we were greeted right away and helped right away we showed the photos of what we wanted and it was recreated right in front of our eyes I have gone several places here in hot springs and have never been satisfied but star nails will now be my go to they actually weren't to expensive for what me and my sister got and they we're all very sweet and listened to us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted if your looking for christmas nails or any kind of design I recommend them highly 10/10 best set I've had since moving to hot springs.

This place is amazing ! I love two hours away and WILL drive back just to come here! The service is the best the chairs are amazing the technicians are so friendly and all the equipment is so clean !

This place is great they go above and beyond not only was we running late they called just to be sure we was coming and when we got there they were super polite and they were quick and did an amazing job oh and it was 30 minutes before closing and there was three of us 😁 I recommend them for sure

Honestly the best experience of getting my nails done ever! I’ve seen Jenny’s work on a friend of mines nails and decided to give her a try. She makes you feel so welcomed and not judged! She’s is so talented! I’ve never really cared for getting my nails done but she made it worth it! She transformed my broken, worn down fingernails into what I’ve wanted to get for awhile.

Very clean and professional place. I went in with 6 other girls and they took all of us and got our nails done quickly but still giving each of us individual attention. Some of us had more complex designs and they were able to do everything we asked. Best nail salon experience I’ve had.
