Excellent massages from professional therapists in a clean, pleasant, safe, and comfortable setting. I’ve been a repeat customer for over 5 months (since they opened) and I have been very pleased. The quality of the product (massages), people (massage therapists, receptionist), and packaging (aesthetics and design of the lobby, waiting room, therapy rooms, and bathrooms) matches those of much more expensive options in the Boston area—and exceeds those of equally priced options. Selfishly I hope no one reads this so it doesn’t get overrun, but they deserve the recognition. Would love to see them add additional spa facilities (sauna, steam, hot tubs, plunge pools, etc.) as I’d trust them to get it right.

The experience is all around great from the waiting room to the massage. I like how it’s customizable with the aromatherapy, music, areas of focus, pressure, etc. Moe and Leilani have been excellent!

I can’t recommend them more! Especially Lucilina! I went in and it was one of my first ever massages, I was a little nervous. Christina greeted me in the front and gave me a tour around (it was a larger space than I’d expected!). There was a cute waiting lounge with cucumber water, different tea options, and an opportunity to smell the aromatherapy options that you could choose later. My massage therapist, Lucilina, came out promptly and helped talk me through the process. She mentioned she usually has a heavier pressure and that I could let her know if it was too much, but it was exactly what I needed. Lucilina is clearly very educated and knew what she was doing. Nothing felt rushed, she spent time getting out knots and making the experience both therapeutic and relaxing. I felt super comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. I left feeling amazing and will definitely be signing up for a membership!

I had a massage there with Jean-Pierre and it was the best massage I've ever had! I have pain on my back, neck and shoulders from my type of work and he was able to soothe and relax my muscles. The place and people there are very welcoming. I completely recommend it to anyone.

I was so excited when this place was introduced to assembly row that I gave them my credit card several months before it opened to get a membership. The massages are fine, but I found it very difficult to schedule a massage (particularly with the person I wanted to see), so I booked six - eight weeks ahead; not a problem, my schedule is pretty stable. But Squeeze then cancelled the massage I had booked six weeks prior with a few days notice. That's just rude! This happened twice and then I just cancelled the membership.

Squeeze in Assembly Row is amazing! Booking a same-day massage was super easy, and it ended up being one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. I saw Moe - he’s incredibly talented, and I’m definitely going back.

I had a wonderful experience with Marsha at my first squeeze appointment. The process is effortless from signing up for an appointment, to the comfortable lounge. You are able to customize much of your appointment from either 50 or 80 minutes, the pressure used, whether you want heat or aromatherapy and what areas for them to focus on. I highly recommend for a clean and comfortable massage appointment. Also, parking is free in the garage! Make sure you take advantage.

Great experience with Squeeze and Jamal. Everything is designed so nicely, from the app allowing you to do the tip and set your preferences, to the tea and water, to the button under the table to show you're ready. I got exactly the focus and pressure I was looking for in my massage, and it was all easy and soothing to do. Plus free, easy parking at assembly row. Will be back!

Had some quality “me time” at Squeeza and wow, I think I melted into the massage table! The therapist’s magic hands knew exactly where to work. The vibe? Super cozy, like getting a hug from the whole room. Honestly, ending my day there felt like winning at relaxation. Squeeze!

I love Squeeze! This company has really thought of all the little details, even down to the hair ties and mints in the suites. Plus you get to pick out an aromatherapy and other add on’s for free! I’ve seen Jacqueline and Amanda recently and it was a great experience both times. I’m looking forward to get the chance to book with all the therapists who also seem to get really great 5 star reviews. And the shop itself is 100% the cutest and cleanest spa I’ve been in! The staff upfront is always very friendly and welcoming too! Overall an amazing experience, definitely recommend. 😊

Squeeze has really changed the game for massages!! You get to customize the whole experience through the app or website and there’s no additional cost for the extras! Super affordable, gorgeous space, and every massage therapist I’ve tried so far has been absolutely wonderful. If you’re considering booking a massage here, don’t think twice!

The moment you step into the center your stress and tiredness will start to go away. Very calming atmosphere, and welcoming people. Professional service with high standards. Everything is just perfect. Highly recommended and of course as long as am in town I will be visiting them.

Great spot and wonderful experience. I love how tech friendly this place is. You customize your experience online prior to arriving and even in the room when selecting what kind of music playlist you want. The lounge is lovely with water and juice. Friendly staff. The place is clean and smells great. Aromatherapy selection is a wonderful touch. Totally worth the money and experience.

Booked a last minute massage on our anniversary and I’m so glad we did it! This spot appears to be quite new, so it was easy to get in. I love how easy it was to book, set your preferences, and how modern the whole experience felt. I had a wonderful experience with Jacqueline, and only wish we lived there so I could go again. Highly recommend!

Had my first Squeeze massage and it was wonderful! Victoria was amazing and worked so many knots out of my shoulders. I love the heated bed and heat therapy, those were perfect touches to an already incredibly customized experience! Recommend the bergamot for the aromatherapy 😊

Truly an amazing experience! You start in the cutest little lounge with refreshments and then are brought to your private suite where you are in control of the music and light level. Prior to visit all of your preferences are logged through the app so it saves time when first chatting with your therapist! I saw Orsley and his technique was unmatched!! Came in with a bunch of tension and left feeling light as a feather! Highly recommend

I work a very physical job that always leaves me with aches and pains, so I was super excited to check out Squeeze--and they did not disappoint! My entire experience was just fantastic, from my reception, to the gorgeous lounge they have, to the massage itself! Oresly was just the person I needed to deliver a deep tissue massage that had me sleeping like a baby that night, and I dig the extras like aromatherapy and customizable sounds that come with the session. Thank you, I will be back!

The new Squeeze Massage - Assembly Row is absolutely dreamy!! So beautiful, so clean, and absolutely worth the visit! I loved being able to customize everything from the app…music, pressure, aromatherapy. Jean-Pierre was AMAZING!! So knowledgeable and his technique is unlike any other I’ve experienced before.
