Andrea at the Ventura, CA location is AMAZING!! Whenever I go, I try to make sure she is there, because not only does she do a phenomenal job on my hair, but she’s easy to talk to, and is very accommodating to my handicap and makes sure I’m comfortable. Big, big props to her!

This location of Sport Clips will stand beyond any other in the area. Andrea is the manager and... she is absolutely amazing! She isn't only an amazing manager.... she is a master at her craft! She is professional, personable and knows how to treat others with respect and personality. I really hope others are giving her positive praise on here too because honestly - I have been going to this location for YEARS! She is one of the most hardworking professionals I have ever known and I am sure that she has impacted the lives of many. She truly is the real deal! There is a reason why she is the manager at this location and I tell you... we need more people like her who operate at this type of level. I am not writing this because I am biased... I am writing this because there are many people out there in the service industry who are rude, unprofessional and they think they are better than they really are. If you compare them to Andrea... you will see how fast they will run. I'm telling you - there is a reason why the wait list is long for her. And... there's a reason why the staff is so amazing at this location. All in all - there is a reason why others keep returning to this location. I really hope upper management is taking care of Andrea and her amazing team. Seriously - they are ON POINT! Keep up the great work you guys! Truly!

WORST. HAIRCUT. EVER. Asked for a low skin fade and walked out with an uneven high and tight. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

As soon as I got there one of the stylists decided to change the TV to the news channel. She spent more time looking at the screen than the work she was doing. There was a bicycle upside down stored in the styling area. It wasn't a customers because I was the only customer there. Seemed kind nd of tacky for the prices they charge. Stylist kept complaining about her arm hurting, she asked another stylist do part of my cut. Not trying to sound insensitive but I came in for a haircut not a guilt trip. She might need to consider disability until she can get her work done.

Great haircut. The massage was only 15 seconds long for $5 more dollars. Not worth it. For a place called Sports Clips i would expect sports on the 8 TV's, not gardening on PBS. I was disappointed with this visit

My son has Autism. He has followed Carmen for 13 years when she was at Family Fun Cuts which shut down during Covid. She works great with him. We were glad to see her at Sports Clips and we highly recommend her!

Dawn was so rude when we came in, cutting us off when we were talking and then I listened to her telling her male client how happy she was to go bikini shopping this summer. Inappropriate!

Registered twice online and we’re the only ones there waiting to be called after being checked in. The only two tall caucasian ladies there had just finished with their customers and ignored us after asking for my son’s name twice. Horrible customer service in the Ventura location. I took my son to the Oxnard location and he was taken right in with no hesitation by a friendly hairstylist . Thank you Oxnard Sports Clips Haircuts.

The front desk lady who cuts hair in the first chair on the left is down right unprofessional and rude. She must have problems at home and needs to leave them at the door. Very unwelcoming for my 4 year old to get a simple haircut. I also tried 2 times to get her attention to tell her we would come back later and I was completely ignored both times. Unbelievable

This place prioritizes online reservations over walk ins. Even if you're the only one in waiting room, hair stylist will take their time or take a break, (or both in my case), and wait for the next online person before helping you. Don't agree with that. Otherwise mediocre salon.

Staff greeted me and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted before starting my cut. One of the few places where a man can get a scalp massage locally. Price was high for a cut but the staff was friendly and made me feel relaxed. Giving 4 stars due to the cost. Otherwise a great experience.
