Emily R was my stylist and is going to be my stylist whenever I need a haircut. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their haircut. She is super friendly and very professional at what she does. She is knowledgeable about hair products and she would give you an idea on how to take care of it if asked. You’ll leave with a satisfaction.

Usually like the place but we had Teresa(manager I think) on my oldest and her manners need a bit of work. I showed her a photo of what my son wanted and she left the back very long and girl like. So we asked shorter and she charged us 10.00 extra. The entire time she was complaining to my son that it was fine the other way and she didn't know why he would want to change it. Sorry, but as a customer, it's not about her. Dont think it should be our fault when we showed her a specific photo but what can you do.

They wouldnt let me get a haircut as a paying customer. Made me leave store when I refused to create account. This is so ridiculous! Been getting hair cut at these locations long time. Never has something like this happened before. Told to leave because I wouldnt give them a number? What does that have to do with a haircut?? As of 4.18.24 no manager or owner, or representative has ever contacted me to try and resolve this. They don't care. Just greedy. We must show them enough is enough. Go back old school
