I love the laid-back feel and welcoming staff. They have great service and cuts. They put in the system exactly how you like your cut so they already know the next time you go. I would love to be able to schedule an appointment, but I do appreciate the "get in line" online system. It would be helpful if once the store was closed for the day, it would allow us to get in line for the next morning.

Pam, the store manager, is truly exceptional and provides outstanding service. She consistently exceeds my expectations and is a valuable asset to the company. The store is always very clean and offers a wide selection of products. I would give her 100 stars if I could!

I usually get good haircuts and like the people here but it’s literally a crapshoot whether I can get in or not. I can have a 3 hour window to get a haircut in a given day and I’m not sure to actually get a cut. usually end up driving 30 minutes to get in and out in of a sportclips in a normal amount of time.

Went here with my son and husband and yes the wait time is hours no matter what time you get there or whether or not you make a reservation despite this place being consistently empty (I wonder why 😂) but the worst part is the attitudes of everyone that works here. Tammy is such a kind soul but I absolutely cannot say the same for the rest of them. No one here but Tammy needs to be working with the general public, especially not with their hands near anyone’s body or hair lol. Just mean and nasty every single time. I think the mcdonald’s down the street is hiring? This will be my last time there.

The girl that cut my hair did an amazing job. I had long hair (for 20+ years) half way down my back. But unfortunately I will not be returning due to the fact that I was charged extra because I had long hair. My hair was put into 4 separate ponytails and then each one was cut off. 4 simple cuts required an extra charge? Not to mention, there were men in there getting their "short hair" cuts which took longer then it did to cut my long hair. But I still have to pay more because I refuse to look like every other typical guy? With that being said I will not be returning. I will find another place with fair pricing. I'm giving 3 stars because the cut was good, I just don't agree with the unnecessary charges.

I signed up on line and it said a 37 minute wait. Told me to arrive by 1:25 pm to sign in. I did that, but had to wait another 40 minutes or longer. Really upset me to have to wait that long. Once I was seen, everything went great. The stylist did a goo job, but their reservation system sucks.

Why does this location always have a 2.5 hour wait when other Sport Clips in Greenville are under 30 minutes. I suspect some gaming of the reservation system. Had to wait nearly an hour after my estimated time. Was told not to check-in when I arrived because it would “kick me to back of line”. The store was nearly empty! Kinda fishy gaming the reservations.

I arrive to a no waiting sign with nobody waiting and 1 customer finishing up. I was acknowledged to be ready, ended up waiting almost 30 minutes, then walked out and drove to sport clips in Five Forks.

Lost my business. Last 3 times I've gone in. The no waiting sign is on and there's multiple employees. The place has no customers but I'm told I have to wait up to an hour because the people who checked in online are ahead of me even though they aren't there. Here's a novel idea in response to the bs reply. Cut the no waiting sign off when you're going to make walk-ins wait in an empty facility.

The previous time I went in for a cut I had specified a specific stylist and the wait time was X minutes. I showed up about 10 minutes before 'my turn'. When it was my turn with the stylist, she took the customer that specified 'next available' and told me after that customer it would be about 90 minutes because she was going on break. WTH. I was "next up" for her, and wasn't going to come back in an hour and a half. So she put me on the 'next available stylist' list and after about 15 minutes I was seen which turned out to be great because the stylist did a great job. Today I checked in online early and requested the stylist that cut my hair the last time. I get a notification stating my wait time was down to 15 minutes. I show up at the store and after waiting 40 minutes it was "my turn". Well the stylist says 'sorry it's time for me to go on break for one hour, do you want to come back?' Unbelievable. She said sorry I can put you on 'next available'. This being the second time in a row this has happened I just said sorry that's ok, and left. Sport Clips was nice the first couple times with the notifications of estimated time, but twice in a row with bad experiences is enough for me. I'm going back to my old barber and not looking back.

Wish I could give a 0 rating. My fiancé went in for a hair cut on Saturday and after waiting an hour and a half to get in the chair.. THIS is what they let him walk out with. Made him pay 30 dollars for this. Will not be back.

Used to be decent but has gotten worse and worse over the years. Last time I went they said their shop doesn't accept coupons which made no sense. I ended up getting a haircut and go to pay and they hit me with extra $12 for "hair touching shoulders" when it was easily atleast 2-3 inches from being at my shoulder. Ridiculous, so it was the last time I went and won't ever go back. For the haircut provided it should be half the cost of what they charge too.

Showed up at 7:30 with 2 hairstylists there and no customers but was told they aren’t taking anymore customers today. They Really should change the hours if you aren’t going to serve people. Only needed 1 teenagers hair done tonight.

$38 for a my 7 year old son to get a haircut. Stylist Added an extra $12 when it was time to pay, said it was because his hair was longer. His hair was just an inch or 2 past his ear. Only gave a $3 tip bc of the hidden fee. Total was $41 for a 7 year olds haircut that took 20 minutes. Won’t be back.

Lisa was attentive, friendly and confident in such a way as to really put me at ease. I'm not really the kind of guy to obsess or put much effort into my hair maintenance, but after seeing the results of this cut, that might have to change. It looks fantastic. Thanks to the ladies at Sport Clips, and especislky to Lisa. Awesome experience.

My mother brought my son in for a haircut Saturday, and I am mortified by the way his hair looks. It is absolutely awful, and it looks like I hacked it up at home! It's uneven everywhere and has a gap in the front. I am so upset with how his hair looks. Now we have to take him somewhere else and hope they can somehow fix it. Absolutely ridiculous!

My son's hair is shorter than shoulder length, they charge 12 dollars extra for *long* hair, problem, he only needs two inches removed. Won't be back, 40 for a trim for shorter than shoulder length, which was at no point stated before hand is absolutly wild. Can not recommend. I do understand long hair fees for men's hair, but there's a limit. * changed a don't to a do

Spur of moment walk-in, fortunately after short wait I lucked out with Lisa to cut my hair. I'm from out of state; I'll remember her next time I'm in the area visiting family. I showed her a picture, offered my preferences for the cut, and it came out EXACTLY as I'd hoped for. Thank you so much, and hope to see you for next outstanding cut!

Wouldn’t let me use a in date coupon that was send to my email which they get from online check in. Plus charged $21 to trim a teenager’s beard which was barely there. never never again. Total bill was $47
