I check in online. I get a text saying that my stylist Imelda whom I adore would be ready in 15 minutes. I get to the store check in and all good board says 12 minutes. It's getting down to six then all of a sudden it jumps to 39 minutes! What's up with that sport clips.

In the 10 years I’ve been going to Sports Clips this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I checked in online using the mobile app. There was a 4 minute wait. I headed straight there, which took me 16 minutes to arrive. Upon getting there, my check-in had been removed and I had to recheck-in. Reluctantly, I waited the addition hour and 12 minutes (after it said 49 minute wait) to only be skipped by whatever the stylist did at the counter with the other 2 gentleman in the store. There was one man ahead of me in the queue, and the other man scheduled a specific stylist. There were two stylists working, both had just finished with their previous customers, thus the man in front of me and myself should’ve been next. Instead the stylist looks at the other one and says “are you free?”. Then moved the 3rd gentleman to his scheduled stylist and says to him “I did that so you didn’t have to wait.” Which added another 27 minutes to my wait time after I was “on-deck”. I left without a haircut because I didn’t feel sacrificing more time with my family, to continue to sit there, was justified As stated previously, I’ve only went to Sports Clips for the past 10 years, tip 25%+ every single time, and buy productive frequently. I will never return.

Decent haircut. Staff was decently friendly. Clean facility. Short wait time and a good product selection.

Terrible haircut place not a single person in there knows how to fade or give a decent haircut. I would never ever recommend this to anybody.

Cassi always has me leaving the store with the best haircut I’ve ever had, EVERYTIME! She’s professional, personable, and consistent. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Checked in online. Go into the store after getting a notification that I was next online. Sign in on the keypad and waited for 40 minutes to have people continue to walk in and get seen. Get another text that my check in was canceled. One of the stylists asked for my name and didn’t say anything after I gave it to them. Very frustrating. Fix your check in process.

Cassi gave me a fantastic experience. She gave me an excellent cut and there was a lot of hair to work with and she made me a completely different person in the best way possible. I got the MVP package, it was all so worth it and the great conversation and interaction just made it that much easier to return to her next time!

Check in very smooth, on time, professional stylist - she even took me back to catch an area missed (a few hairs) but insisted she correct it.

I would give this stores negative stars if that was possible. I am extremely disappointed with this store! I just spent $52 on a hair cut for my brother! Tori was the stylist that cut my brothers hair and he didn’t know how to explain. He clearly said to cut the top of his hair short but not too short. They had taken 0.5 inches and nothing else was done. I went back in to help and explained what happened. Tori was extremely rude and told me to stop talking. My brother wanted the side line and trimmed around the ears. None of it was done. They charged me a second time just to correct the mistakes! I don’t know why I was supposed to even pay that! Ridiculous and atrocious. I am extremely frustrated with this. Also this is pathetic that they have such waiting times for such a terrible store.

My stylist, Chloe, was rude and condescending the whole time. She cut my hair way shorter than what I asked but I couldn’t stop her before it was too late. I’ve had problems with Sports Clips in the past but still chose them today out of convenience. Now I’ve learned my lesson and I will not be returning.

Reserved online as it said an hour wait. Got a text 15 minutes later saying I would be in up in 15 minutes. Walked in and sat right down. Tori did an excellent job on my haircut. I will be back for sure.
