Supporting LGBTQ or whatever it Is alright but if you going to hire these people make sure the know how to cut hair my hair just got ruined 1/14/25 at about 10:30 didn’t catch her name but made me feel really uncomfortable and gave me a bad cut 30 minutes before I had a funeral to go to. Over all she should not be working there

Just moved to California not more than 3 weeks ago, and was looking to get my hair cut. I have a really great friend that asked me if I wanted to go get my hair cut? I must say this place is AWESOME!!! My stylists did a AWESOME job!!! I will be a regular client from now on, this place got me hooked!!!

My grandson showed me his haircut when he came over to see me today n I am appalled at the carelessness of your employees!!! Do better sports clips ! He looks like he has patches on his head ! Shame on you Chelsea !

My son came after getting a haircut at this establishment! And I have no idea how they thought it was acceptable to let him walk out looking like a duffus . Chelsea Horrible job you should be ashamed

Quite frankly I don’t believe any of these hairstylists have any qualifications ! The service was alright they were friendly but the heads I saw walk out the shop were atrocious but I decided to give it a try because I was desperate for a haircut safe to say I am never coming back and have decided to go bald because my hair is awful

The experience was nice, the ladies were nice and polite. Unfortunately, I didn't like the way they left my hair in the back. There's a ridge of hair that sticks out. I did have a lot of gel on my hair but regardless, I think it was a rookie mistake.

Stylist was a very nice person. And I will return as all of the stylists are great. But quite literally received the worst haircut I’ve ever had. It is uneven and blotchy and looks horrible.

Walked into the store at 4:30 PM on a Saturday. The sign on the front of the door said that they close at 6pm. I waited my turn at the check-in kiosk only to be told by an employee that they were already closing up and that the people in front of me were the last customers of the day. Confused, I said that the sign on the front of the door says they close at 6 PM. She said, it does? Then she started to head outside to look at the sign for herself when I realized they also had a display right there in the lobby that also said they close at 6 PM on Saturday. after pointing that out to her, she said oh, well we are still closing up for the day. I’ve been coming to sport clips for as long as I can remember but never again. I have a very low tolerance for such unprofessionalism.

I checked in using the App requesting a specific stylist (Brenda). Upon my arrival I checked in again with the stylist behind the counter. I waited in the shop approximately 40 minutes. While waiting I received a text message stating “Batter up! You are On Deck and next in line for your haircut. Please be in store and ready for your haircut experience, or risk losing your spot in line”. While waiting in the shop and never exiting another customer walked in and chose first available stylist. After a while stylist Brenda brought the same other male back to cut his hair sitting him in her chair. I told Brenda that I was here and next according to the screen and App. Brenda responded “ I couldn’t change it in the computer”. I walked out.
