I wasn’t extremely happy with the outcome of both haircuts. I showed an example of what we wanted for my nephew and I was just getting a standard shave because I’m bald. I had to show her how to use the shaver and then she tried to tell me that she was done, which I could see obviously that a lot of things are missed. When I told her, she kind of had an attitude with me about that and she did not clean up the beard very well, I had to show her how to utilize her clippers to do that as well. My nephew‘s hair looked OK, but it wasn’t what we asked for. They were really busy and I didn’t want to bring it up with them at the time, but I did try to reach out with no response. This is the second time that I have gone over the last two years to this specific location and I have had a bad experience both times. I won’t be going back but the people there are very polite.

Joined the online whiting list told it was 50 mins. 2 and half hours later told I was next in line. 5 minutes later I was kicked off the list and told I could come back in two hours

I am an OBG. aka “old bald guy”. Esse did an excellent job. I ask to get a buzz with a #2 guard and the edges of my bald spot a #0 guard. Shape it all up with a Neat trim on the neck. Top notch for my needs. Courteous staff. Clean shop.

I returned to this location because of a promotion for a free MVP haircut. When I showed the barber the code, he tried to claim that only the extra services like the shampoo and massage were free, and then charged me for the haircut. I pointed out where it clearly stated that the entire MVP haircut was free, which includes everything. Then, he tried to say the promotion was for first-time customers only, which was also untrue since I received a text inviting me to come back from their promo. It was only $22, but the way he handled it felt dishonest. It’s not about the money, it's about the principle. Always stand up for yourself and don't let anyone mislead you.

We went here a few days ago and spent close to $80 getting haircuts for myself and my brother. We've used them before and it was fine but they absolutely butchered both of our haircuts. I asked for an above the shoulder a line and what I got was a very uneven choppy pixie cut. My hair is way shorter than I wanted and I kept putting out that it was short enough and the line wasn't straight and she just kept taking chunks out of the sides. The stylistlooked nervous and kept saying just trust the process I'm sure you'll love it when you get used to it. My brother had asked for an Edgar, it turned out very uneven and choppy. Definitely will not be going back. I'm getting married in a few months and there is no way my hair will grow back anytime soon.

Julia cut my hair and did a wonderful job. They got me in right at the estimated wait time as well. If you aren’t familiar with Sport Clips, you can get in line online or on the app and it gives you a pretty close estimate on when to be there.

Will say, for not going to a chain haircut facility for quite awhile, i was pretty impressed, Kaylee did a great job with what i asked. And the scalp massage was spot on. I’ll be back.

Kaylie is unbelievable always feel and look sharp after her hair cut… I had to use a new person the other day because I was on a crunch for time and they really did a poor job. I called and talked to the manager carli and she worked me back in and cleaned my haircut up very quickly and I couldn’t tell it was butchered before at all after. Thank you Carli for taking care of your stores customers I’ll happily come back and look for you or kaylie in the future. Thank you! (I understand there are new people who make mistakes. I’m just happy you all fixed it without making it a big deal.)

Kat, Misty, Kaylee and Lindsey are awesome at this Sports clips. You would pay a lot more for the same haircut somewhere else. The staff are friendly and professional.

This is a great Sports Clips location! They have a solid team. Julia has cut my hair the last several times. Her cuts have been the most consistent I've had in years. The whole staff has been friendly and professional in their dealings with me. I plan to keep coming back.

I went in there to get a beard trim and that was it and my stylist named Julia did a horrible job and blamed it on a timer that they had to finish a beard shave in a certain amount of time or they had to charge the customer extra. So then another stylish step in to finish the job that Julia claim was finished. Her name is Ralisa and shaved my beard to my satisfaction. My results were ok, I did thank Ralisa for her customer service, but I would not go back. Stylist that gives a haircut on a timer is ridiculous. Never heard of it before until now.

With respect to other stylists, I have had most cutting experience between the 3 of these artists. You’ve created a loyal customer. How about a raise for these hard working women at the NW Expressway location, ay management?

The barber Julia was rude she cut the back of my sons neck even though I told her he said it hurts how rough she was shaving his head and she didn’t care she said OH WELL THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THAT she was TERRIBLE I WON’T RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE I BEEN COMING TO SPORTS CLIP AS A REGULAR AND MY SON LOVES THERE MVP USUALLY HE SEES THE MANAGER WELL NOW I FOUND OUT FORMER MANAGER OF THAT SHOP CATHERINE who is VERY SWEET CARING AND NICE BUT SHE HAS RELOCATED TO EDMOND WHICH IS WHERE I WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE TRIP TO GO NEXT TIME SO TODAY I TRIED SOMEONE NEW TO US AND TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME I SEEN HIM CRY AND I WANT TO FIND A WAY TO COMPLAIN and then she got an attitude when I wanted her to redo his cut after she messed it up and she wasn’t gonna give him his mvp wash and massage I had to remind her she wasn’t pleasant or friendly TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO IT!!! Well, so far not a bad experience. I love the "Sport theme" 🏈 (*so I was advised the "target audience" is men) I also like that I signed myself in and get to watch my estimated time of service... ✂️ on the the screen. They also appear to have an app where you can ✔️ in too. 😁... So if I'm pleased with my haircut 💈 I can't see 👀 why this can't become a favorite spot. Chairs 🪑 are comfortable and the staff seem friendly and helpful. Still waiting... approximately 5 minutes... ⌚... 🤔... Products are available for purchase... The MVP treatment is recommended.....I can't believe the men get this 5 ⭐ treatment... The chair massages you as you get your hair washed... You get an awesome hot towel treatment... AND a shoulder massage! I had to go super short for work.. and I'm happy with the cut.. Thanks to Sheri.... (Sorry if I misspelled that) This is the place!!! Women deserve the MVP treatment too!

Absolutely ridiculous that this is the second time I’ve been in the store and they are still without air. The girls are having to wear wet towels around their necks and the customers are sweating. Two weeks without air is absolutely ridiculous! Someone needs to pay attention to this!

Got a cut from Cat yesterday, I love it and she’s awesome! Had to bring my partner in today to get one too because she loved it! I would definitely recommend having Cat give you your cut as well, I’ve gone to her a few times and I have always left happy. I also never know what kind of style I’m going for so I bring in sample photos and give her a run down of what I’d like, she knocks it outta the park each time. Biggest bonus for us with Cat is she cuts both men and women styles so She has our business that’s for sure!

Normally, i have great service, but this time. It just felt different, i felt like i wasn’t welcome and the lady that helped me, Julia, i think it was, i felt like she had an attitude and wasn’t interested in doing her job. I won’t be returning.
