UPDATE: THEY NEVER REPLIED TO ME! They said to reach out in their follow-up comment. Completely unresponsive. DO NOT GO HERE!! My stylist cut my hair in 5 minutes and misses so many areas all accross the sides and back of my head... I contacted support about reciveing a refund and after a few messages they completely went silent with no help.

Haircut was okay and stylist was nice enough, but when I walked in I was never told to select an option or told the price. They did a basic haircut with no shampoo, towel massage, etc because they said the other stuff would be extra. I get asked to put my card in with no way to see what the card would be charged for or what I’m being charged for. When I asked what the price was the person seemed annoyed. When I looked at the receipt they had still charged me for the higher priced MVP that should Come with shampoo, towel, massage, etc despite doing none of that. I tried a different Sports clips in a different state last year and same thing happened. So if you go watch out for that

First time at sports clips and it was great!! Tv on every wall so you can watch sports, massage chair while you get shampooed , hot towel on your face and a nice facial/ head massage... I don't get that any other salon . Shannon Jenkins is my stylist and has been for about 9 years, I follow and highly recommend her!! I have natural curly and it turns out great every time!!

Scheduled a beard trim on the app and I was greeted immediately and brought back. Shannon did a great job. She even added a touch of beard oil. Highly recommended.

The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't do appointments but you can use their app to check on wait times and check in to reserve your spot in line either with the first available stylist or with a specific stylist out of the stylist who are on shift. With the text alerts I never have to wait there long as I show up at the time the app advises. I usually stick with the same stylist, but at times have had to use others, and I've always been happy with my hair afterwards. They also gave a wide selection of products they use and sell (at market competitive prices or cheaper,) which makes it easier to get whatever I may need without having to stop at a separate store afterwards.

I checked in online and the wait time fluctuated quite a bit. We got a text at 3:07 that we were an estimated 15 minutes away from our appointment time. We walked in and were barely greeted. We had scheduled an appointment with a specific person. Her wait time kept increasing and at times wouldn’t decrease (stuck on 8 min). I stood up to ask another stylist, I believe she was actually the manager on duty) if we could just change to “first available” and she completely ignored me. I spoke up and said, “ma’am, we are scheduled with a stylist, but we’d take first available” and she replied that it would have to be “one of those two because I’m done.” At this time it was 3:55 and we just couldn’t wait any longer. We left and will never go back. We followed their protocol and unfortunately, it was just a complete fail for us. Had we been treated like they actually cared, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

Been here a few times. I have hoped for a better experience. The stylists seem to struggle with a simple fade. Unfortunately, I’m just going to look elsewhere.

Called the business I was told I could walk in and wait, got there within 30 minutes then was told I have to go to the app in sign in and there was an hour wait.

Just don’t. They don’t follow proper sanitation protocol. I witnessed stylists using the same guards and comb for multiple customers, and they don’t change capes in between clients. Management doesn’t train so unless you’re getting an experienced stylist you may get a subpar haircut.

Tracy was awesome! She gave my 5 year old the faux-hawk he’s been wanting and it looks great and she was so personable with him and made the experience really fun. Will definitely go back to her!
