My son went on to get his hair trimmed. He specifically told the barber that he likes his hair longer in top to cover two big moles that he has on his head. The barber literally scalped him! He is flying home today to be in his sisters wedding and he looks bald! The cut is really bad. Please listen to your customers when they tell you how they want their hair cut. Very disappointed!

Well we used to love this place but ever since they got rid of Jess the place has gone so downhill. There was other women we trusted besides Jess but she was our go to if she was working. There’s new people every month now and you never know what you’re going to get coming in. Seems the turn around rate is pretty fast these days. This is not how people want to feel when trusting people with their hair. I have 3 boys and a husband, one boy with thick Dominican hair. I don’t know what they did with Jess but the place is always dead now and no one seems to trust it. Big mistake getting rid of Jess they must be loosing so much money. They used to be booked 2-3 hours now it’s always zero wait time. They even have a guy working? Never has sports clips had a male staff. It’s always been all women cause that’s their thing. They must be really struggling. Moral of the story is this place is a dumpster fire these days. Do better!

It’s ridiculous that this store turned away my boys of a free hair coupon that was given to them from there bologna elementary school. Told us only 1 per new customer that has a valid ID.

Susy is an amazing hairstylist! She really did a fantastic job with my hair. I could tell from the way she was cutting that she was very experienced and really made my experience there enjoyable. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking. She’s very easy to talk to as well.

3 Stars. The best Stylist, Jess, left to the Shea location. She's cut my hair for years now and I will happily drive up to that location. This shop seems understaffed these days. It's likely on average for Sports Clips, but without their best Stylists, I have no reason to go here. It's not as if it's bad, but it doesn't seem well managed anymore. I highly recommend the Shea location if you can make the drive.

She has over 17 years of experience and can help any of your needs plus they give the ultimate treatment for men I as a woman happened to go here with short hair and she can do a great job I totally recommend speaking with Liz. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was the first time coming to a Sports clip. I got the MVP package since it was my first time. As you can see I got more than that. My stylists name was Susana. She did a poor job on my hair. Her technique is absolutely terrible. I have cuts all over my neck from her clippers. My neckline is left as if it had already grown out. I hope this isn't how she treats all of her clients. I wouldn't recommend her. If I ever go back, I'd specifically ask to not be put with her. ALSO... your towels smell like mildew!!

DO NOT COME HERE. TERRIBLE haircut. Terrible service. My hair was wet, all combed onto my face. And she ended the haircut. Asking me “if there’s anything I can do” Use the other sports clips. Much better experience literally anywhere else.

Let me start by saying my stylist here is usually Jess and she is very good. However my issue has to do with the constant inadequacies of your online check-in system, the last three times I've had my haircut here I've attempted to do online check-in and arrived only to wait for over an hour. Today I checked in at 4:06 with a 22 minute wait time received a text message at 4:15 saying my stylist was 15 minutes away. At 4:25 I went over to the Great clips walked in clock on the wall said 3 minutes until my haircut I typed in my phone number to complete my check in and as soon as I did my time was reset to 26 minutes longer than the original time quoted. Then a gentleman walked in who had not requested any specific stylist and the person who was supposed to cut my hair immediately sat him meaning I would be waiting for at least another 45 minutes. This has happened each of the last three times I've been there. Sorry I don't have enough time to dedicate 2 hours to a slightly above average haircut. I will not be back

The Haircuts from the Stylists are pretty good and the fades aren't bad. I haven't always had the best experiences, but whenever there was an issue it was quickly made up for, or corrected. I feel the stylists could be a bit more inviting sometimes but I've never felt uncomfortable. I've recommended them before and I still do every now in then, especially if someone is fighting for their life with a Cow-lick

Horrible service today at this location. The girl barely looked like she slept. Usually its a better here but today the employee said i couldn't use my coupon but it clearly said free MVP or Free haircut. I was a return customer so i thought i able to use free cut but she told i had to get the MVP and then i get half but the coupon CLEARY said OR on it ? Im not sure if she knows her coupons or she just started there. But today service would have been half of a star if i could put that.

I went with my little 2 years old son and the attention was really amazing, very patient, dedicated, kind to my little one and the best of all the haircut was perfectly the way I wanted it. I really appreciate it and I will come back, Thank you Nessa :)

One of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had didn’t even want to style it and I had to ask for a brush then I got her to style it and she didn’t even do what I asked and I had to do it. I minus well have cut my own hair thanks nessa

This has to be THE worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. The stylist, Andrea seemed really confused and never bothered to clarify what I wanted despite describing it as simply as I could. She cut it way too short and did not blend any of the areas I asked. I regret giving her a tip and will NEVER chose to get a haircut here again. Absolute fail on her end.
