I am sick of this place. Their app is horrible. You must book a haircut through their app, and it's horribly inconsistent. Prepare to spend multiple days trying to book an appointment at a time you need. When you do get one made, prepare for them to be very late to get to you on time. I've had to wait 3 hours past the appointment time.

I tried to use a haircut coupon I received after donating blood last month to the American Red Cross and this location would not accept it yesterday. Is this fake coupon used just to get customers in the door? Very disappointed.

Absolute dumpster fire of an establishment. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a haircut in Mankato find any other place. I was signed in for my haircut and was next in line and the hairdresser accidentally kicked me off the list and took the person who was below me instead. I politely spoke with the hairdresser who apologized and said she would make sure I was next in line to get my haircut. When she put me back on the list I was at the bottom but she assured me that she added a note and that I would be next. Wouldn’t you know it, the next available hairdresser took someone else instead. At this point I’ve wasted 45 minutes of my life sitting in the store waiting for an appointment that was I was supposed to have 30 minutes ago. 0 out of 5 would not recommend.

I just want to give Sally a shout out on here! She’s absolutely amazing! I brought my son there last year to help fix what was the worst haircut ever! She was so hands on with listening to what he wanted.. (being a teenage boy they can be real picky about their hair!) and she has been nothing but amazing and great throughout the process of getting his hair back to normal and something he likes! He walks away from the chair with smiles all the time and talks about how nice she is! We will continue to be clients of hers and hope to for many many more haircuts!

Phone number doesn't work and they advertise walk in appointments. They had 1 person cutting hair and another stylist sitting in the waiting area. Asked if I checked in online so apparently that's the only way to get a hair cut. Stylist sent me out the door then proceeded to sit back down and play on her phone Just wanted to get my son's hair cut for the first time.

Today I had my three boys haircuts. Reason for my 1 star is because the hair dresser Joann was completely rude. She spoke to you like your stupid. Frost off she called my son's name, we walked over to the counter and she said " what do you want done" I replied "umm" while I was looking for a picture to show her. Then she says "what do you want there isn't any notes". At that point I stopped looking for a picture and just described what I was thinking. She was not friendly at all. She asked after she did her cut what I thought, I replied "let's take some more off" she said " you wanted it long enough to put some highlights in" then when I asked her to cut a 1/2 inch more off she got all pissy about it and went wild doing it all fast to just get it over with.

Worst fade I have ever gotten - took over an hour and looks horrible , having to go back to another barber day to fix. Was so bad, I had to wear a hat all day at work. Usually get a pretty consistent fade across all the sports clips I’ve been to. Won’t come back here again

From Ohio to Minnesota, always have to fix my haircut when I get home from this establishment. This time, after shaving the side like I wanted, she left hair on the side/ back area behind the ear, that weren't cut, clearly missed... Then the fade was a little messed up and not short enough in one spot toward the front. She was friendly though. Cost was $20. I left a good tip as I always do. I'll give them one more try... don't like to leave 3 or less stars

Great haircuts for mens and kids cuts! Day of appointments through online check in and mobile app that tells you EXACTLY when to be there so you don’t have to wait weeks to get in somewhere else. Friendly and trained staff. There is a reason why the wait time is long because so many love coming here!

My son (4yr old) hadn't had a haircut in 2 years because he is absolutely terrified. We came here and the staff were incredible! Everyone was so enthusiastic and engaging with him. Our stylist took time to explain everything, joke with him, answer all of his (mostly silly) questions, etc. 100% will be coming back!

This place is just average or below, seems to always cut it short and uneven. My top part of my hair was a fine length, the sides just didn’t match and they took way more off the sides than I asked. She didn’t test anything out and ask how it looked during the cut, like a normal stylist does, just went all in. She didn’t talk or try to understand what I was going for, I told her what I wanted and I guess that wasn’t enough. They never talk or conversate during the haircut, it’s silent and awkward in the whole building, maybe except for one stylist. The minimum on the screen for the tip is $7, obviously I’m going to change it to lower.The lady looked over at the screen, I don’t know why but it was super weird. All my friends say they quit going there and joke about me going, I’m not sure why I didn’t listen to them.

Very unprofessional. I always take my two boys to get their haircuts here. This time, however at 545 in the afternoon, we were told that they aren't taking anymore cuts, as they were done after the 2 they had. Now, what I don't understand is how they close at 8 pm and cannot take any new check ins 2 hours prior. Very poor customer service. Seriously disappointed.

Butchered my hair asked for a mid fade on the sides got a buzz cut said I wanted 2-3 inches on the top she messed up so bad ended up with less the an inch on the top. Not happy would not recommend!

I don't care about my haircut, all I want is efficiency and convenience. However, half the time their systems are down and their waitlist is broken, resulting in me not even getting added to the waitlist, or arriving at the recommended time and still having to wait for 30 minutes. I don't have the time in my life to waste on this, so I am forced to find an alternative option.
