Completely broken system, people can go and resister inside and someone using the app, can stand outside the building, check in the app, even if there at 10 people waiting and that person just arrived goes to the front of the line,

I really have loved this place in the past with other stylist but today i had Jane and we finished around 6:20. I joined the app lineup around 4 o’clock ish and the estimated time kept changing and getting pushed back until about 5:15 where i introduced myself and said i want an ultimate MVP (shampoo and conditioner with 2 hot towels but i was focused on the conditioner aspect) and a trim and a triangle undercut. the trim she did took off way more than expected, the trim she did left the back of my hair visibly uneven the undercut is fine. First she used conditioner and then shampoo (twice because she didn’t like the way the first shampoo felt in my hair) which seems out of order but she said it helps it not be so greasy. She also talked about startling things while the haircut was happening like how she trained with the FBI and was trained to kill and talking about how the nose was her “kill zone” and also about domestic violence in her life and in a boxer’s relationship saying the boxer allowed her husband to beat her. Overall just truly a bad experience today which is really sad because i loved going here.

Do not bring your children here during halloween. This place is not playing anything to do with sports & is promoting local witchcraft. If you love the Lord, stay away!

Jane is my main stylist but I can walk in and most of the ladies know me and greet me by name. I found to relax and chill and that's what happens. I recommend the double MVP go hot towel then cool towel. The best.

PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE STATEMENT! I was recommended this place by a friend for my son’s first ever hair cut. I had no idea what I wanted other than an idea in my head. I explained in detail my idea and I got everything BUT what I asked for and now my son is walking around with an uneven, botched, bowl/mullet hair cut. You may ask why I didn’t say anything while there and honestly I wish I had. But the person was getting frustrated since my son kept moving his head around (he’s a year old) and I just didn’t want to be in there another minute. It was a very rushed and horrible experience. This being my sons first ever haircut just makes it even more disappointing… I do not recommend a woman named Pam for your little ones. Update: A wonderful woman named Hannah fixed his hair and it looks SO much better than it did before. I also received a phone call from a very nice woman who was the operations director for the two locations in central GA who offered that my sons next haircut is free since a little more work needs to be done since it’s still a little boxy (Hannah did an amazing job with what she had to work with and was amazing with my son who is autistic) If you have little ones and for those ones with littles who are special needs, i definitely recommend Hannah! She was patient, kind, and just over all the sweetest person to both my son and I. I’m so glad I gave this place a second chance because they have gone over and beyond to make this right.

The staff always does a great job and quickly, however, not a fan of the recent up-charge($10) for shavers on a fade haircut? Starts to seem to pricey.

The stylists are all very good at what they do and provide a welcome, fun environment. Being able to watch a ball game while I get my hair cut is a plus!
