Always friendly. Love using the app to get in line. Makes it so much easier to get in, get a cut, and get out. The stylists are always friendly and I always get a good haircut.

Took my son to get his haircut yesterday at Gilmer rd location and it did not go well. Mona was the stylist and she cooked his hair. It was un even across the board and his neckline was murdered along with uneven sideburns . The back was cut all the way up with the sides longer . And then his neck was bright red and you could see 12 clipper marks from where she was digging the clippers into his skin . He was in tears leaving . Not trying to be rude but she does not need to be cutting hair .

Horrible hair cut, uneven, not trimmed around my ears even after I pointed it out still looks horrible and missed a lot. Front uneven just a total waist of time and money.

Everyone is extremely friendly, and the service is amazing! I've been going here every two weeks for the last 7 years and never had a bad experience!! Joyce is my regular stylist and does an incredible job every time!!

I come in Kimberly was available. I wanted a clean up and some trimming. I knew what I wanted but I couldn't explain it very well. Kimberly understood me. She knew what I was trying to explain and had patience and cut me exactly the way I wanted.

I am so dissapointed in this place :/ first time haircut was amazing. Second time girl which I don’t know the name cut my 5y/o son and you guys look at this and tell me, how does it looks? The baby’s dad did not complain at the salon but me… I did have a horrible experience that will not let happen again. Update. A nice lady called Joyce said we can go back tommorrow and she or Chantell will fix this. If that happens, will update again. Update. They fixed his hair the best they could. Hairstylist could not believe what happen in his hair either and funny thing THEY REMEMBERED him from the day before. At least Chantell and Joyce were super kindo to fix it.
