Not a good haircut for 24 dollars I've got 2 bald nicks that I have seen so far. It was too dark in there to tell when i was in the shop. My fade is not even at all around my head.

Stylist didn't listen to instructions given at all. Gave the absolute worst haircut I've ever received after chopping off well over half my hair (specifically told them to leave as much length as possible and only clean it up). They didn't even get the sides anywhere right. I'm not sure how they ever got a license to cut hair. Called the manager who promised a refund which never happened.

Honestly fell in love my first time but now I can't stand the thought of going in, instead of saying stylist they should say you're sales rep is ready to sale you hair product, for real the entire time they are cutting they are also telling you why you need this product then when they are washing your hair they try salling you shampoo

Logged in online and got set up for an appointment. Got to the store and had to sign in again and instead of honoring my original time they boosted me down and skipped me and my son. We waited in the parking lot for an hour because your times said 58min wait time only to be skipped when we came in. I told the employee my email was correct but didn’t know about my number and needed help and she said I don’t know what to tell you, you’ll get the next one of these other customers don’t show. But according to the board lineup, I and my son would’ve been next in line. Terrible service

You will get exactly what you pay for at sport clips, an overpriced corporate haircut from a stylist that doesn't care about you or your hair. Don't believe the wait times. I was told that these times are only estimates. I was shown zero wait time and had to wait 15 minutes. They need to learn how to estimate better. Good luck

We learned today that it is HARD to find someone who will give a baby a haircut in Hot Springs. We are so grateful we found Jessica at Sports Clips! We walked into our appointment already frustrated from trying to find someone who would even attempt to cut his hair and Jessica changed the narrative of our day within minutes of us arriving! She was so patient and knowledgeable. She made sure to explain everything to us and was quick to calm my son down and got right to work. Seeing that we clearly were in the midst of our son’s first haircut and had no idea what we wanted, she walked us through the entire process and reassuring. Jessica earned a lifelong customer today!

Great clips Turned us down! My girlfriend had a big tangle in her hair, but 75% of her hair was perfectly fine, yet the great clips flat out refused us. Very dismissive & Told us we’d have to cut it all off. Made my girlfriend cry. Took her to SPORTCLIPS hot springs and a young blue eyed girl did the right thing! Took her to the back, washed & detangled it fast! She was an angel!! Thankyou so much for saving her hair!
