Went there today. Told the young Black lady that I want a Professional Modern hair cut since I have a job interview. She basically butchered my hair, I now look like a Holocaust Survivor. I felt that she did not listen to what I said nor taken enough time to do a decent job. On my way home I stopped at the Orangevale store (Since it is closer to me), they refused to fix my hair since I did not register and give all my info when I had my hair cut....even though they still can find me in their computer based on the name. It is almost impossible to get a decent hair cut as these people seem to lack the skill and training. They just want to rush through and send you on your way. NEVER coming back to this place.

Fantastic place for a perfect haircut! Jenna did an incredible job - exactly what I asked for. She paid great attention to detail and kept me reassured throughout the (MVP) experience. Super friendly and thorough. As a new customer, I loved the experience, and I'll be back soon.

I have been here three other times and gotten great haircuts and service from Stephanie and Victoria. This time I had a new stylist and my hair turned out pretty bad. She didn’t show me the back before getting out of the chair and I didn’t think to ask. The fade is really bad in the back. Also she was gouging my neck with the clippers and could see me wincing but kept cutting really hard. Update: thank you to Sport Clips management for reaching out to me both on my review and vie phone call to offer a free haircut after this visit. I look forward to their good business and appreciate their follow up.

Tried out this place as one of my highschool friends ( Ryla ) is working there. Not ONLY was the staff super friendly and fun but the place is absolutely fantastic. The staff was super easy going about changing the channel so I could specifically watch the games I wanted while waiting, and they got me in super quick! I wanted to get my haircut super short as I work long summer days and I’ve always trusted Ryla to keep me looking nice and kept. Ryla, Jenna, and Ce’Leah were a great time and really made it a fun experience. Ryla offered to have me do the Ultimate MVP as a new client, and got it as a FREE UPGRADE!!! This included me getting my hair washed and conditioned ( which was inexplicably bussin ) all while I was in a massage chair. THEN, I received a neck and back massage. At first glance I assumed Ryla was just showing me the ins and outs of her job, but truthfully I will do this EVERYTIME I need anything done here. It was a fantastic experience and I truly recommend it to everyone !

Stephanie did an amazing job on my haircut. I got a skin 0 fade, hard part, comb over on top, and let me tell you it was ON POINT. Very great service all of the staff is very friendly and always does a fantastic job on my hair 10/10 recommend

Instead of wham, bam, thank you sir.... give me $25 bucks and be on your way in 10 minutes... I actually Enjoyed getting my hair cut. Victoria asked good questions about how I wanted my hair. Then went to the sink, sat back and had a nice warm shampoo and scalp massage, with a warm towel wrapped around my face felt Great! Then a few more minutes of a nice relaxing, vibrating, massage tool on my neck and shoulders and I was almost ready for a nap, so relaxing. Not only was my hair cut, but I felt much better and more relaxed than when I entered. Looking forward to the next haircut in 4 weeks, but then they said I could come back for a free neck and ear trim, in about 2 weeks, and for only $8 could get the hot towel and neck massage again............like the Terminator says "I'll be Back"! Thanks for a great haircut experience!

Good location compared to other ones as they offer loyalty cards and rewards, whereas others don't. Also nice scenery and bike trail behind all the shops - made me feel like I was out in the country for a brief moment.

Owners Bruce and Kim do an amazing job at this location. Been a satisfied customer for years, first with Lori and then after her promotion, Jenna. Jenna is the best and she mentors the others. Highly recommend!
