I get the best haircut I could ask for at Exton, but the gimmick of the online check in / wait list means I have to constantly check for a wait time that allows me enough time to get to the shop within the wait time window. No thanks. I found a spot where I can call and make an actual appointment that fits my schedule. And I got a great haircut.

This review is for their app. They may as well just get rid of it. Had to drive an hour was told that I may be ready in an hour. Arrived at the store and was told it would be another hour. May as well just get rid of the app and just make it an old style barber shop where you sit and wait. 3 hours out of my day round trip. A shame because I did like their one Barber.

Courtney met me with a greeting and a smile. She listened to what I was asking for since my last cut with another shop didn't quite meet my expectations. She offered me additional services and provided me with more than a satisfied service; she gave me the haircut I wanted and more. Professional and Customer Service oriented.

I tried to get an appointment for 3 weeks. No one answers the phone no matter any time of day, they have closed early so many times so their advertisered opening hours don't mean a thing. I finally catch a time when they were open, so I walked in to see if they would be open til 7 like it said online, and was told they were booked up and wouldn't take me and I'd have to come back another day. I'm not even going to bother anymore.

Increasingly this place is becoming a rip-off. Prices used to be reasonable with moderately good quality haircut. However, yesterday I paid $25 for a 5 mins haircut which doesn’t even look good on me. The hairstylist (who claims to have 15 years of hair cutting experience) just did a clipper hack job and half the time she was looking elsewhere than my head. She messed up the neck line and didn’t care to show how my hair look from the back, which I found out after coming home, were asymmetrical. I had been sports clips customer for nearly 7 years but this is it. I’m not going there anymore. I’m better off cutting my own hair. Pandemic doesn’t mean that you forget about all things professional and courteous.

Made a last minute appointment. Never been to sports clips before. Had about an hour before I had to go into work. Kim cut my hair and did a great job! The process was fast but relaxing. If you like to watch sports while getting a haircut this is the place for you.

My son and I so were so excited to go here. We had won a gift card from an LES gift basket. They would not honor our gift card and charged us both full price. I asked why the gift card was not honored and they told me to email management. Management had no reason or explanation, they just told me they could not honor it. My son and I would probably have been returning customers. We were both very disappointed and embarrassed.

Went there expecting them to know what a medium fade was, they definitely did not know what a medium fade is and proceeded to basically cut all my hair off. Waste of 28$ in my opinion.

Always have gotten a good haircut from here no matter who is cutting my hair. Reasonable prices but a bit more expensive than other chain hair cutting places. MVP package is nice but definitely a little excessive
