Original post 2020: This place is getting worse by the day. The staff is polite and pleasant but the haircuts are very disappointing. If you have any sort of expectation for a professional haircut you will not get it. Lower your expectation or else you will be very disappointed. UPDATE! 2024 Nov: After 4 years this summer I went back to this location. So far had 3 haircuts. The first two of the haircuts were a disaster and I had to go back for a fix. The last one I got was somewhat ok. This place never improved, for the last 4 years they gave horrible haircuts to many of the neighbors. Inexperienced and untalented stylists is the main problem. I tip $20 and it makes no difference, still get bad haircuts. Looks like they are finally closing and that is a good thing for the community.

First SportClips experience and it lived up to the hype! Good haircut, the MVP was worth it, and the complimentary soda was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be back.

My son came in today for hair cut. It should have been a simple fade but whoever cut his hair clearly didn’t care. It’s uneven there are long random hairs. He is nervous to have it fixed by you guys since you clearly didn’t care the first time. I do not cut hair but could have done a better job.

Alex was incredible. I’m coming back to this location because of her, even though there is a few closer to me. She gave a great cut, very thorough and making sure it looked like how I wanted it to through the whole process. Plus I left a personal item and she ran it out to my car as I was leaving to return it. Incredible service! Thank you Alex.

It’s been two years since I got a haircut, so my hair was super long, Louie is the best he always provided amazing customer service, and always makes you look amazing after your hair cut. 5/5 stars for Louie.

It’s been years since I went for a haircut. Usually I just pull out the dog clippers and have a go. I’ve decided to grow my hair out to stop the sunburns. I went in today, waited a little bit, and got the notice on my phone a minute before the stylist called for me. What a wonder experience. Great haircut, relaxing shampoo and warm facial towel. I’m be coming back regularly.

Been to this location a couple times and never had a cut I didn't like. I'm a fan of the MVP treatment and do it everytime, though the vibrating chairs are kind of silly and don't add to the experience. Hae did my cut today and we had great conversation and made me feel like I was in control of what was happening the entire time. Absolutely recommend checking in on the app or online before going in. Only feedback is I hope this location can hire more people soon or get some coverage, as apparently Brooke has been running the place by herself open to close and no one deserves that! Keep up the great work, I'll be returning to this location again!

Danielle cut my hair trimmed my beard and washed my hair with an awesome scalp massage. My hair and beard is long like Jesus long and she took her time to clean it up. I look so much better and will definitely be back to see her. Danielle listens to what you want and delivers. 5 stars 🌟 all the way! MVP Triple is a delight 😊

I've never been treated with such disrespect by a hair establishment, cheap or pricey. When walking in, I was greeted with a terse look, uncertain smile, and had to make awkwardly conscious effort to get conversation rolling as to whether one could get a haircut...it being a haircut place and all. At this point I already felt unwelcome. Not enough to say anything, but it wasn't a great feeling. After being told to have a seat, I described a usual ask -- just need some length and volume off, here's a ballpark photo from a few months ago, and been trying to maintain a smooth part. Before I could invite creative liberties, she got caught up about not being able to control my hair's "wave pattern", and the more I tried to laugh off technicalities and explain just wanting to sweep my hair nicely to the side, the more hostile she seemed. At some point a hand was against my back. Responding that I was thinking a couple inches trimmed all around seemed like another trigger. Inexplicably, she stormed back to grab someone else to hand me off to (who had nothing to say). I just needed a cheap and simple cut. When the original stylist demanded I move, I replied no thanks and tipped my hat. Nowadays I've little desire for critical reviews, but no respectable business should act this way towards its customers. I left wondering whether someone just hates their job, if employees normally refuse clients needing more than a month's worth of haircut, or maybe whether Asians are unwelcome. Was feeling congenial before walking in, but only again after leaving to get a cut at a friendlier competitor.

My boyfriend went to get a haircut by “Brooke” and instantly she was extremely aggressive about what type of haircut he would like. He tried to pull up pictures while she kept on whining about whether he would like a “2 or 3”. There were several other sarcastic and frustrated remarks made by her. As someone who isn’t used to getting salon haircuts, he was made very confused and uncomfortable. Not a good feeling to have going into a haircut. I noticed that her off putting behavior wasn’t stopping even after he had shown pictures and she began to cut the hair. She was gesturing wildly and aggressively insisting on what length exactly she should give him and should she cut this or that. I was fed up with the behavior and insisted he and I leave immediately. After we left he mentioned she seemed really uncomfortable with her tools like she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. He wont be returning to this sports clips and I advise against anyone getting a haircut from Brooke or at least hope if you do she’s not having as bad of a day as we found her on :/

My husband and my 2 boys get their hair cuts at Sports Clips. Everyone there is real kind and do a great job. The wait is never long and online check-in works great. 👍

I have been here as a customer for seven months. I was refused service for not wearing a mask because of unconstitutional mask mandate whereby no input from the people was solicited before elected officials. I only support things I believe in. COVID is not the most important thing in life; we have learned nothing after 2+ years. I refuse to let unelected public health politicians/administrators dictate how I live my life. Sports Clips has forever lost me as a paying, well tipping customer. Unfortunately, until we take our lives back and stand up for limited government and our freedoms and liberties afforded to us in the Bill of Rights, this will continue. I served this country for 24 years in the military and I refuse to give up my god given rights, liberties, and freedoms my men fought and died for to live in tryanny. Goodbye Sports Clips!

Louie is by far the WORST barber I’ve ever had. He was slow and the haircut itself was uneven, sloppy, and a true indication that Louie just doesn’t take pride in his work. I don’t recommend!

Louie is the best! I will not go to anyone else but him. He is thorough and pays attention to detail. Others try to finish really quickly but he actually cares about his client. Do not lose this guy. There was another person before me today and he said the same thing.
