Try to give them the benefit of the doubt but only like one or 2 ladies know how to cut hair there. Unfortunately, their dad keeps taking them there, where as I'm willing to drive 2 towns down to get something more decent. This weekend my kids got a haircut at sports clips and the front of my one son's hair is all slanted and uneven. How do you allow your clients to leave like this ???? Never again 🙄 $25 plus tip to be walking around like this is not worth it, because now I have to get it fixed elsewhere.

I don’t appreciate that I went in and asked for long layers, but half of my hair was cut off. I also asked for it to be kept long and layered all the way down in the back, but bc it was so short the layers in the back were only done within the span of 1 inch. It looks like it was cut uneven at the bottom. Will never be going back.

I told her: leave them long on the top to cover the empty spot, so she cut them in a half! Thank you for making me look stupid! She also made me pay and leave tips...because their system at the cash out ask you to tip them!

Don't know why they even have a check in online. Says 4 min wait then after waiting 20 it still says 15 min wait. The girls are nice but do way more talking then cutting. Some people have very busy work schedules and don't have time for that.

The lady's that work here are super nice!! 🙂 My husband tried to cut his hair himself and messed up royally. LOL We came in at the end of the day and they squeezed him in before they closed. The lady who cut his hair did an amazing job covering up his mistake. 👍👍

I bring my son here all the time for a hair cut. Never again. Today we went at 3:20 on a Sunday, 40 minutes before they close. There were 4 stylists working. One customer in a chair and one in the lobby. They told us that their policy prevents them from allowing any haircuts even though they have stylists available and no one waiting because they were 40 minutes from closing. I won’t take my son here again.

I will no longer use the company. They ask you to check in online which I have done many time so I can choose the stylist I want. They give you a time to show up an a wait time. However, 4 times now I have checked in online showed up when they said only to have someone who didn't chose a stylist but choose "first available" went ahead of me. I saw may wait time go from 5 minutes to 35 minutes. When I tried to talk to the manager about it she continued to interrupt me and would not listen to what I had to say. I will never go back!

I'm not one for requesting a certain stylist... until I started going to Sports Clips. Jordan is awesome at her job. She makes my hair look good, has just the right amount of small talk- my hearing isn't the greatest with the buzz of the clippers in my ear. The MVP service is worth the money. I spend way more on a haircut than I did before. But it it so worth it. (I even bought some product to keep the cowlicks in check)

I have been going to the Dover Location for well over 2 years now. I want to say that all the Workers there are Good but IMHO 1 Stands alone From The Crowd. Mel has always done a Great Job and it very Kind & Nice. Again the whole Staff is GREAT. Again I would HIGHLY Recommend them.

People we're very nice, great atmosphere. It wasn't the place for my type of haircut. But the barber did her best. Other than that, I'd go back if it was a must situation.

Super friendly staff that always take good care of the customers. I've been getting my hair cut here for a few years now and have never had an issue. Brooke and Jordan do a great job at shape ups too 👍
