The staff at Sports Clips were very upbeat and friendly. Michelle made my haircut a priority and she did an excellent job cutting my hair. I just relocated to Clearwater, and it was a pleasure to have such an amazing experience at this location. I recommend this location for a haircut and will definitely be back in the near future.

A high and tight is to difficult to do so I decided to cut less off and still seems to difficult for the personal here. Not going back. Uneven one side shorter then other.

Lori is excellent at curly hair. She recommended products that worked perfectly in controlling frizz. She cares about her customers and works hard to make me look my best. Excellent environment and friendly staff all of the way around!

Stylist was great with my son and customer service 1on1 was good. Shop temperature was uncomfortable, myself and son were sweating while he’s getting a cut. There was nothing to cater to him as a kid. Only ones in the shop 4+ TVs with just talk show going. Also the pricing for a kids cut was a little high.

I’m giving one star because the experience I had today was unacceptable. The shop opens at 10 AM, and I tried to make an online reservation right at that time, but the system showed no availability until 10:05. I decided to walk in at 10:03 and was told I was next in the queue. While I was waiting, another customer made an online reservation and cut ahead of me in line. Now it’s almost 11 AM, and I’m still waiting. This kind of service is ridiculous, and it will be my last time coming here.

Alicia did an excellent job! She was incredibly kind and radiated positive energy the entire time. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking, especially since it was my first time at this specific location. I'll definitely be back 👍

I had a very unfortunate and awkward haircut and interaction with my hair cutter on 5/12. It was not Alisha, the other employee working this morning. The haircut was complete within 10 minutes. Our only conversation was confirming the haircut style and me asking to go a bit shorter on the front. During that time the hair cutter let me know she had cut my hair before and she still knew how to cut hair even though she gained weight. She did give me a few options to pick on how she cut my sides and I either didn’t understand the industry terms or couldn’t pick up what she was asking. This made her upset. During checkout she gave me Alisha’s card and suggested that I do not come back to her again. I understand everyone has bad days, but it is necessary to leave that at home before working with customers. I was the second haircut of the day so I’m sure there were more awkward interactions to come. This is my first poor experience with sports clips. I typically do the full treatment but felt it necessary to get out as soon as possible.

I have never filed a complaint in my life but the way I was treated from my appointment was appalling. I have been going to this sports clips for months and have never had a problem and the stylists were always delightful. I asked for my regular haircut and it did not out the way i had preferred it to, which is fine these things happen. I have had bad haircuts before I never act disrespectful or hostile i simply requested my stylist Rebecca just give me a short 3 on the top to which she interjected and said “i have been doing this for 13 years and the sides look perfect i don't know whats wrong” i told her nothing is wrong and i would just like a short haircut. Rebecca kept interjecting and asking if i would like any changes or a second look, i said no thank you and did not get pick up a hostile attitude at anytime. At the end of my appointment Rebecca told me to find a new barber and not to come back because she did not appreciate what i did. I asked her if theres anything I said that made her feel uncomfortable and that I am deeply sorry if I did. she did not respond and walked away. This is my primary location for haircuts and I have never had someone treat me so disrespectfully and tell me not to come back for wanting a slight adjustment.

Scamdinavia. Manager didn't want to discuss not taking coupon. Said it is what it is. Terrible. Won't be back. If you don't bring the coupon, don't go. If you have the coupon, don't go. Anything they advertise for free is a lie. Nothing is free here, ever. If you want a good haircut, don't go here. Scamdinavia
