Brannon is amazing. Super satisfied with my cut every time. I don't have a ton of hair left, but he makes every follicle count! And the overall vibe is great. Love the free neck trim, and that they don't charge to try some product.

Every since I got out of the Army I can't do long hair anymore. I have finally found a place that cuts my hair the way I want it, like how it was in the service. Thank you again Sports Clips.

I got a haircut from Jones last weekend. It looks like he forgot to cut the left part of my hair! It looks so uneven, even you can see it with bare eyes! He razored the sides, but there are uneven parts at the sides too! Also, when I was checking the app, I realized they should have give me new customer mvp at my first haircut (september). The app says they did but I didn’t get any mvp cuts! Two failures for this store are enough for me, I am done!

It’s the online check in, it’s ridiculous that I need a membership to check in online. Having a membership is just another username and password I have to remember or write down somewhere. And I do not want to download the app to my phone, it’s another app that I don’t need.

Beware of this place!! And the Barber named Brannon! I have been going to this Sports clips on and off for a few years. Today I got a really bad haircut. I do not have any crazy requests. 1 1/2 on sides and a 4 on top and squared on the back. He didn’t do a square he did a weird curve upwards. Didn’t even go with the hair line!! If you want a bad haircut ask for Brannon!!

Very good haircut. I was a walk in and was in the chair in about 10-15 mins. I only get a basic haircut but I saw others getting some really fancy hairdos.

Used to be my go to place. But not anymore. Sport clips has been my go to for a haircut, shave, and the MVP treatment for years. I have been to both locations in Gainesville and one in Ocala. I have never felt so ripped off as after my last visit. My go to is a cut, style, shave, MVP. I get back into the chair and the cut begins. We have some nice conversation during the cut and before I know it the stylist whips out the blow dryer and bam... I'm done. while taking the smock off asks is that all? I said I guess so. Get to the checkout and it was $27.00?? Just a cut, No style, No product, No MVP, No shave, No eyebrow trim, (And about 6 min)

Called 4 times hung up on for all of them will not suggest a place with such horrible customer service, mcdonalds provides a better service than this place.

They messed up my hair. The person who did my hair didn't care at all. He unevenly cut my hair and didn't even comb it when he was done. My hair looks messy and uneven. Don't come here. Its also $27 for them to make your hair look bad.

This location gives the best cuts. Everyone there keeps their blades sharp and the MVP experience can’t be beat, but merely copied. I got my haircut there before my surgery and the stylist made my hair look great. They are military friendly and I haven’t gone to another haircut establishment since getting out of the Navy.

Will never return again. Stylists spent 15 mins trying to decide what game to put on and another 10 minutes deciding it was the perfect time to clean and restock while two customers explained they've been now waiting an additional 25 mins when the board shows they should already be getting their haircut. Stylists ignored these concerns and said they will get taken care of shortly. Another 10 minutes later one Stylist decided it was time to get back to work and called up the exasperated customer. The other stylist continued cleaning until they felt ready to take the other customer waiting. Do not ever go to Sport Clips. Hair Cuttery or anywhere else is cheaper more efficient and do not have stylists milking the clock while customers are waiting.

I get it haircuts are not cheap but charging $27 for a 10 year old boy to get a haircut is ridiculous. Then after you pay annd are forced to choose a tip the lowest being $7. I didn’t even see a custom amount option which I am sure is available but so small to make it invisible. Shame on me for giving this place my business.
