I highly suggest requesting Skylar if you're trying to find a new stylist to cut your hair! I have been going to Skylar at the Bella Terra location for several years now and have never had any issues and I'm always happy with the way my hair comes out! My only complaint would be having to usually wait in line because it seems she always has people requesting her, but with quality haircut she gives, its defiantly worth the wait and I will continue recommending her to my friends and family to come here and request her!

Second location In about two weeks time that have had negative results in the area , the manager, Alicia has a horrible attitude and did not want to listen on how to correct the last stylist mistake I sat down and explain to her my situation, and I said that I would like to show you a photo of the haircut and how it should be if you do not feel comfortable doing it then I will ask another stylist or go to a different location she said OK proceeded to view the photo and stated that she was comfortable doing it during the process, she attempted to follow the pattern at the previous stylist, and I had to stop that because that was one of the things that the previous Stylist messed up and for some reason this manager was not able to understand that, and kept insisting that she was already therewhich led to me having to go to another location and waste more time to get a pretty simple haircut

We made an appt online and received a text message that hair stylist would be ready in 15 mins for us. We waited for 45 mins and Skylar took 2 walk ins before us. Absolutely terrible service and rude! We had had two 6 yr olds with us and they treated us this way. I tip these ladies very well and I promise you have lost a great customer!

My son went it to get his hair cut. He asked as many questions as he could to the barber. He wanted to ensure he knew exactly what he wanted. He even showed him a picture AND video as to what to ask for and how to achieve the cut. The barber kept saying he was able to do it. My son is 13 and cried while is hair was being cut because he knew it wasn’t at all what he wanted. This is an understatement. I was so upset to think my son was crying in the chair AND not once did the barber ask him why he was crying or involve the mother. He went in with longer hair of the sides and top and came out with a buzz cut. The hairstyle in the picture was very similar to what he walked in with. This is beyond upsetting. I didn’t even want to talk to be barber, but had to express that it wasn’t what he asked for, he asked as many questions as he could to ensure he got what he wanted, and not once did the barber own that he messed up! Still waiting on the call from the manager….

It's a prefect place just for guys, with a good service for men's needs, they are fast kind and I never got a reason to complain about their service. I love the fact I can schedule my hair cut on line!

Everyone that works here does a pretty good haircut. Some go above and beyond, but overall everyone gives solid haircuts. You can find them cheaper with fewer amenities, but you can also find haircuts for way more money with worse service.

Do not go here. I have thinning hair and get harassed about Actiiv shampoo EVERY time I go. Got so sick of being asked about it, I bought some. They didn't even sell me the formula for thinning hair. Charged me $90 for split end shampoo.Just an annoyance and a rip off.

I have been coming to sport clips for over 15 years and now I'm officially done with this place. The last 3 times I've gone with my son, I wasn't able to style my hair at all after my haircut. I tell them to trim the top and they chop it down where I look like mark Zuckerberg. I've spent $180 between my son and I the last 3 times we went and each time I'm more disappointed. I tried to give it a chance bc I've gone there for so long, but no more. They are way way way way too expensive to not get it right. I'll be trying tuneup from now on.

I’ve been taking my twins here for a couple years now. Skyler and Kayla do such a great job. They take their time and leave my boys looking very sharp every time.
