Tried to go after work (5pm) to get a cut. Sign says they close at 6pm, which is still very early for a weekday and people who work for a living, if you ask me, but they were already closed at 5! Lame.

$30 for a quick buzz seems like such a rip-off... probably never coming back to Sports Clips, and it's not necessarily for the service, although the last time I was here the stylist insisted in insulting my intelligence and then pointing out my bald spots which was wildly infuriating since the barber is somewhere we go to increase our self-esteem... not hose it down in criticisms, but this time it was the lack of clarity for a free MVP haircut coupon, which was only a one-time redeemable thing, yet they sent me TWO of the SAME coupon, with DIFFERENT expiration dates, which made it seem like a NEW coupon to me, and I would have rather gone to Great Clips for $11.99 with their current coupon on FB and Instagram and tipped them considerably for 1/3 less the cost of this disgraceful business, so yeah, thanks for robbing me... really working the customer service here, must be nice to suck at your job🤷‍♂️ Personally; I am unsubscribing from this sham of a company and enjoyably never coming back since the MVP wasn't even long enough to really be worth any justifiable means of capitalistic extortion like this since they aren't really licensed or anything fancy, so it is all word soup with gimmick after gimmick to sound like it is some great deal to pamper you, but it makes no sense why haircuts have gotten so expensive, especially the MVP, but whatever... the struggle is REAL, especially if you suck at business ethics these days, because nobody wants to overpay for shitty service and being misled by marketing/advertising is the lowest of lows... prove me wrong🤦‍♂️ Buyer beware, price doesn't mean quality and Great Clips does just a fine job as here, if not better, at over half the price with a coupon if you are savvy enough to find them, so I guess the sports on TV is attractive to the right type of guy, but if you just want a decent haircut, I would seriously consider elsewhere... the only good idea regarding this place👍

I have really straight hair that is difficult to cut, so it’s tough to find a stylist who can always get it right. I have had great luck in finding this place. Not only is it about 30 seconds away from my house, but Sukhi and Jay have done amazing work on my difficult-to-manage hair. I can always count on them for a quality cut. Plus, checking in online is a great time saver. Thank you!

This was my and my father’s first time at a Sport Clips and it was a terrific experience from start to finish! Erin was the lovely lady who cut my dad’s hair. She was so kind, patient, and thorough with explaining what she was doing and kept checking in with him at each step. My father loved his haircut as well as the full MVP experience; he can’t wait to go back! I was assisted by the wonderful Chrissy who allayed all my worries about getting my hair cut. While the Franchise seems to promote and specialize in men’s cuts, I loved how my chin length bob came out! Chrissy was absolutely phenomenal in talking me through what I wanted, how she would do it and even recommended me products that helped with my naturally frizzy, greasy hair. Will absolutely be coming back!

Decent cuts but their online system is busted OR someone at the store hasn't been trained and likes to monkey around in there. When signing up online, you get a confirmation and you can see the people checked in before you. I had about a 22 minute wait, I have a 15 minute drive so that'll be great. When I get to the store, 3 new online check-ins are in front of me and I'm at the 45 minute mark now. (Meaning the estimate should have been an hour+). Just don't go during any time that would be convenient, as the system or some finger pusher will waste your time. Just go at a random time when no one else will possibly be there.

This was my first time at this location, but not my first time receiving a haircut from the Sports Clips franchise. I have gone to many of the course of several years, and am aware of their products as well as the specs of the services offered. The stylist who cut my hair took an unusually long amount of time, which in itself is not a huge issue, however when texturizing my hair did not use the texture scissors just Knipped at the front of my hair with regular scissors. the establishment itself was very hot. I was offered the MVP service, which I declined. Because I was already there longer than I expected to be. Upon checkout, they still attempted to charge me the amount for the MVP at 29$ the service that I declined and did not receive. I was then told that since it was my first time at this location, they had to offer it, which has never been the case before. You would get the MVP treatment at basic price when it’s your first time. When I asked for my military discount and showed my military ID, I was given a “promotional discount” of $2 off instead of the standard discount associated with the “military discount” code that would appear on checkout of 5-8$ off.

This place is awesome and i wish i found it sooner! The stylists are gems and we cant wait to be back. Ky stole my 4 year old boys heart and my daughter who didnt even get a haircut. Also being added to the waitlist was so easy and convenient. Highly reccomend!

This place makes the military shearers look like Hollywood stylists. The only consistent thing about this place is it's inconsistency. I went in with an easy task. 0 high fade and short finger length on top. The kind of basic haircut that says "I was military for awhile and I hate long hair" Not an overly complicated request right? Right?! Well flash forward 20 minutes and I come out of there looking like Kurt Russel in Soldier. IYKYK. But not the chiseled jaw debonair look. The real down home Forrest Gump when he has to pee high fade look. Aside from the fact that they apparently have no qualifications other than an active pulse to get hired, this particular "stylist" had the memory of a goldfish and about 7.4 seconds after I told her I had a big mole on the back of my head and to be careful she lawn mowered over it like it cheated on her with her sister. I had to go home and get my trimmer and reshape my head like a badly tended chia pet. Good thing it was 26 bucks tho right?! Congratulations Sport Clips. You were so bad you made me miss the Vietnamese military lady who didn't speak English and only gave one cut.

Update - Received a call and voicemail from the GM here Courtney; who expressed she was sorry for the hair cut I received. She did state that the person who cut my hair lied about their experience with cutting hair and they were let go. This shows me they do take their customers seriously and my concerns were looked into. She was very sincere and offered me a free MVP haircut. I went in today and received my hair cut by Hayle who was very kind and did a great job. I was pleased with my service and Sport Clips bounced back. Unsure if I will visit again but I am much happier about this hair cut I received this round. Thank you Sport Clips. Update - Its been 22 days since I reached out to the owner, Jessica McMurdo who seemed interested in my experience once I reached out. However, once I told her about my experience at her business she never answered me back or apologized. I was hoping to add more stars to this review since Jessica reached out but she has decided to leave me in the dark about my experience. This shows me that my concerns do not matter so I have lowered their rating. I am not going to name anyone, but my hair cut turned out pretty terrible. My kid's haircut turned out okay but it is not even in the front which makes it look pretty strange. I had to take some scissors to it to even it out. I tried all day to say it was going to be ok but when I woke up today, I was disappointed still about how I looked. My fade is terrible, my hair wasn't blended in well, my square neckline is now a rectangle, and behind my right ear there is a huge straight line instead of following my hair line. I am not sure if the person who cut my hair was new at cutting hair, but I think Sports Clips should make sure their employees know how to cut hair before they get put on the floor. I am just not really happy with the service we received or how I look.

Worst haircut every received at a sports clip franchise. Person cutting hair went absolutely insane with the clippers. I have complete respect for our military and the service they do. I did not want a military haircut. My son received a haircut and his was done just the way he liked it. Thank you Amy

Came in previous for a cut and was happy. Came back the next time not so happy. I "checked in" online over 90 minutes ahead of time. I was prompted several times to head to the store. "Batter up" etc. I arrived on Time and in cue for 11 o'clock. When I got there I was told there would be another 30 minute wait. Unacceptable. This place wasted over 2 hours of my time because the stylist chose not honor my check and tried to "squeeze one in" . Very disappointing

Highly recommend! Best haircut I’ve had so far. They not only pay attention to small details but also use and recommend the best quality hair product. The staff is friendly and extremely welcoming . Jessica was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair !!

I checked in online for a specific hairstylist more than 1 hour ahead of time. Got several messages to head to the store. I arrived exactly on time showing 0 min wait in app. But they squeezed another customer and offered me to wait another 30 minutes for my hairstylist. Just waisted my time.

Well after trying to get my haircut twice today I've decided I will not go to this place again. First time, I logged in to the account And it said 44 minutes so I get there sit around for 44 minutes and I was not even close to being next to Line. So after work I login and try again and it says 24 minutes so then I get there a little early and wait and wait and wait while two small children are running around aimlessly for 40 minutes in the waiting room like it is a preschool. This place is a joke. The manager didn't even say anything to the gentleman getting his haircut. Good luck if you want to go to this place
