Amazing facial with Kelly, she is very aware of what my skin needed. She started with inspecting carefully my whole face and jaw line was in order to give me the treatments I needed. Very gentle and excellent face and arm/hands massage, my skin glow! I definitely recommend her.

Kelly is one of the most attentive, skilled, and talented aestheticians I’ve ever met. It’s obvious that she is giving her clients all of her attention during each session. Hands down, the best facial in town. Kelly provides such a kind and loving environment, is extremely knowledgeable, and consistently provides an outstanding facial - both the experience and the results. My skin always looks vibrant, younger and fresh when I leave. Plus her facial is so thoughtful and soothing. Highly recommend!

I had my very first facial done here, and I can assure you it will not be my last! Kelly was so pleasant, and the room was set up with such a nice and relaxing ambiance. My skin was absolutely glowing after! I did not even need a filter on my photos to hide the oily shine! (haha)

Such a wonderful experience! I felt myself relax the moment I walked into the room, it was so cozy and welcoming. Kelly is the best! She takes her time and you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I always get compliments on my skin after seeing her. I just started using her newly-launched skin care products and I am impressed! Solhala is Kelly's very own skin care line . Initially, I thought that the products felt a little different in texture from the products I had been using so I wasn't sure if they would be as moisturizing as I needed them to be. But after one week of use I have come to love these products. The Hibiscus + Matcha Skin Polisher combined with her Kakadu-C Gel Cleanser is gentle and it has a pleasant tingly feeling that makes you feel refreshed and your skin feels appropriately exfoliated but not stripped. After a light towel pat to dry, I spritz on the Glo Revive Skin Mist. This product is wonderful! It lands lightly on the skin and feels like a kiss. I love, love, love this product! Then I use the Ocean's Deep Eye Repair Cream which definitely moisturizes. I can see that my skin tone is more even already and I got a compliment from a friend about how well my skin looked and I didn't even have any makeup on. Good job, Kelly! I'll be adding your other products to my skin care regimen very soon.

Very rude and extremely unprofessional does not like to work with people of color! Cancelled my appointment after not responding to a text message I sent two hours ahead. Raised her voice at me.. I never felt so disrespected.. Not to mention I arrived 20 minutes before my initial appointment.. wow.. worst ever!

Kelly is so knowledge and talented! She gave me a lot of advices and recommendations for my skin. My skin is noticeably much better! And I will definitely be back soon. The room is so clean, relaxing and homy. I am happy I found Kelly to join me on my journey to clear skin. I highly recommend Kelly. Come in for yourself and let her do her magic. The products she uses are of the best quality. They not only spell good, but also are very beneficial for the face. And the massage is oohhh so amazing. I found out about SpabyKelly from Groupon, plus it is very close to my house. Kelly replied to my email very very quickly and we confirmed the appointment. I was actually 15 minutes late, because this is what happens when you rely on someone else for a ride. Even thought I was late, she was understanding and did not rush my microdermabrasion and the facial. I hope this does NOT encourage anyone to be late!!! Please come 5-10 minutes before your appointment, you will also need to fill out some paperwork. :)

I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one because I was so surprised by the lack of customer service and poor communication! I emailed Kelly to make an appointment after seeing a Groupon special. She emailed me back fairly quickly and committed to a 4:30 p.m. appointment. I pulled up on time to the appointment but was confused because it said "The Retreat" on the building, not "SpaByKelly" or even her name anywhere so I thought I had the wrong address. I drove up the street looking for the correct name and tried calling Kelly but received her voicemail. I decided I must have had the correct building and was simply not informed of the misleading name on the front, so I turned back around. I walked in at 4:40 p.m. and Kelly said she could not see me because my appointment was scheduled at 4 p.m. (I have 4:30 p.m. confirmed in writing in our emails) and that appointments take an hour and a half and she had someone coming in at 5:30 p.m. She said she did not have a contact number to reach me when she thought I was running late for my "4 p.m." appointment, even though my cell phone number is in my email signature in which we were exchanging emails, so she didn't try very hard, nor did she try contacting me via email because she DID have my email address. Very unprofessional to make an appointment with someone and not ask for any of the information you require to reach them. Also very unprofessional not to call the day before and confirm an appointment time so that this could have been avoided. Furthermore, Kelly could have tried calling her 5:30 p.m. client to see if they minded coming in at 6 p.m. instead to try and accommodate both of us, but she simply said she couldn't help me and let me walk out the door. Again, very unprofessional. I left early from work to come to the appointment only to be turned down because of her failure to do her job on the front end. If I can rearrange my day for her then I am sure she could have rearranged her appointment by 30 minutes to accommodate me because of her mistake. My 10 minutes late did not make or break the appointment. Her lack of communication and organization did. I'll take it as a blessing and go to an establishment that actually has a receptionist.

Kelly is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with my facial and my skin looks amazing. Her room is so quiet and peaceful, she makes you feel right at home. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does, and she is amazing at it. I would highly recommend to others and I am so grateful to have found her!
