I recently visited I drove from Houston for my grandfather's funeral. While there, I visited the Spa Nail Bar in Harlingen. I was helped by Mr. Tran, who did a great job on my nails. I would definitely visit again and appreciate the service provided to me as soon as I walked in.

First impressions count for a lot, it’s what makes a business and this place is just not it. Waste of money and time, disorganized, dirty, old polishes , I could go on but I will just not be returning any time soon.

Horrible experience!! The older Asian man was really rough. He had already finished cutting my cuticles and he went back and pulled on one of the cuticles to the point it bled and wouldn’t stop bleeding. To make things worse when he added the first layer of gel polish it wasn’t near the color I wanted n it looked old n watered down like he was trying to get the end of it. I told him it was ok I didn’t want anything and to remove the polish! As a mom I can only get my nails done when I get a chance and time and he totally ruined it for me!!!!

I was very disappointed 😔 I always hope to get someone nice. But once again I got a rude man, literally being super shady. Definitely didn't appreciate things he said to me. Then he asked me to pick my POLISH 💅🏽 I DO, then when I went to pay he tells me he put shellac !?? Well I sure didn't ask for that 🙄😏😏 you can fool someone else with that. Won't be coming back, I'll stick to Mexico 🤗🫶🏽 they are way better 💯💯💯💯

Super disappointed my nails came out horrible and on top of that the man that did my nails cut me and was just being rough the entire time I won’t be returning.

Been coming to this nail salon for more than a year now. Love the calm environment & friendly staff. Jacqueline does my services, she does everything, from toes, to nails, to hair, waxing, & makeup. Definitely recommend her & this establishment.

I went in for a fill in and to redo the color. The nail tech botched my nails. As you can see, the nail shape is horrid, noticeably uneven, and super thick. The nail tech cut my skin, while trying to cut down my nails. The gel polish is NOT a solid color, and really highlights the unevenness of the nail. Additionally, you can see my real nail peaking through on my thumb! Attached you will find pictures straight out of the salon. I cannot believe I paid $50 for this poor job.

I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. Van in chair 1 was my nail technician, and she did a great job. She took her time and made sure I was happy with my service. I highly recommend Van.

Horrible customer service. The heavy set nail tech had my daughter and I wait while she gossiped with a chick all covered up in tattoos who didn't even work there. I would not recommend this nasty place to anyone.

Nail are painted as if my 5 yr did them and made My nail painful on the side like she filed it to my skin and she just told me soak with salt and water like if I didn't already done that . Will not spen my money here again.

Awful, I got pedicure and manicure, the pedicure was fine but the manicure was bad. It’s been a week and my nails are already falling, plus every time I pass my hand through my hair, they get stuck on my nails. I was their last client I made the appointment at 6:30 and their place closed at 8. The lady looked rushed and the result shows. I saw on their website that they had bar and music and they didn’t offer me a drink, there was no music, at all. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The staff here is unreliable. I got my service done by the owner and she overscrubbed my feet. It has been almost two weeks and my feet are still healing from the pedicure, even though I have been deeply moisturizing them. I also saw the owner reusing the small pumices which made me concerned about whether or not the rest of implements had been properly sanitized. If I am paying $50 for a pedicure, it should include a clean pumice stone and clean implements. I paid for the high end pedicure, and my experience was not elite like it’s name. I also got a gel manicure, and the polish chipped within two days. They use very low quality polishes.The owner kept looking at the door because she was waiting on employees to show up (they were all late). This also took away from my experience. I paid over $100 for services I am not happy with. I will not be returning.

This spa is awesome!! Me and my daughter went here and it was so worth 100$! I asked for a flower pattern, it was exactly like the picture! They were able to copy a design for my daughter and it was gorgeous 😍 I recommend this to everyone reading this!!

Wasn’t very happy with my experience. I had a pedicure and a full set. I requested the spa pedicure and didn’t get all the things that came with the package. The person doing it was rough and did end up drawing blood from my toes. The full set was probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. I asked for coffin shape and she said she could do it but instead i got the regular square shape. The polish started chipping about 10 minutes after i left the salon. There’s bubbles in the polish. Let’s just say i won’t be returning

First of all … the atmosphere is amazing and very well put together. I was a walk in appointment for a Mani/Pedi and had someone available named .. and forgive me if I’m misspelling… Maritza. She is such a wonderful and talented person. She is officially my go to nail tech and will highly recommend her and this place to any and everyone!! I am obsessed with my nails and can’t stop smiling ☺️

Have been here about 4-5 times. Marly has helped me before and she’s good. I went on 01/31/23 and some lady named Ana or Hanna did my manicure. She was a nice lady but I don’t think she has any knowledge on how to paint nails. I asked her if she could do French manicure and I had to keep correcting her because of how crooked nails looked. She filed my nails down very bad with drill and cracked on of them in the middle of nail. She hurt my nails and thinned them so. I told her from the get-go to not use drill because my nails were thin but I don’t think she understood. As you can see in the picture how bad and crooked French tip looks I will not be going back here again. I was there for over an hour and just left nails as is because she was taking very long. Hope this review helps.

I'm not going to bash this place. But I had came here because my nail technician was really busy that day so I had no choice. I had recently had my nail done there. I was serviced pretty quickly. I think it was the owner of the place was friendly but when she was doing my nails she was really rough and got upset when I wanted my nails shorter. I was sore from fingers the next day. I had also told her to be careful because I am diabetic. My sister even tipped her. I guess the only way to see how a place is...is to actually go. Lesson learned... will not be returning.

Not really happy with my pedicure. I don’t know her name but it was done half fast.. I had to correct her mistakes and it’s like she still didn’t know. I been wanting to try this place out but oh well.. you live and you learn just never again.
