Odd establishment. The Macon location is very dark, and the decor is giving Olive Garden rather than "spa". I can't express enough how dark the place is. Besides the dungeon vibe and the employees standing in the door ways just starring at you the products they use have to be old or diluted. After reading another comment about poor results it totally pans out. I suggest finding another location. Just a very odd experience.

Spa Medical receives a 10 star rating! The staff and facility was top-notch . This was my first visit and I am pleased with the outcome. I did not experience any down time and was able to return to work the following day. I will certainly be returning for additional services.

I’ve tried Botox twice there and both times it didn’t work. No compensation or alternative offered. Just was told my auto immune is to blame and there’s nothing I can do. Needless to say I won’t be retuning.

It's the greatest!!! I just love it. They treat you with so much kindness, and they are warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is so inviting. I love that they get to know you, and when you call the person that answers, will say yes! Hello! Ms. or Mr. so and so. It just awesome!!! I highly recommend Spa Medical. Great place for anything facial.

I am in LOVE with Spa Medical! Terri is an angel and is so sweet and gentle. She helped place several syringes of filler in my cheeks, and jaw line to help the appearance of facial sagging after losing 80lbs. Every time I go into the office, whether it’s for a procedure or to buy skincare, or to even ask a question, everyone is SO NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! I really feel like these women have my best interests at heart and have even talked me out of some procedures I was interested in because they weren’t right for me or my goals. I have even signed up for their member benefit program! I really do appreciate Spa Medical and Terri and her whole staff for everything they do to help and empower women and men in our community.

Spa Medical is amazing! It’s beautiful on the inside, the staff makes you feel at home and there is no pressure to buy any product!!! Everything is explained in depth before treatment and Mary Kate is AMAZING everytime I see her! I will continue to go to Spa Medical and tell all of my friends about it!

Spa Medical is truly the best! Facials and an occasional peel or laser treatment have been part of maintaining my skin for years! Although daily skincare and skincare treatments are the foundation for healthy looking skin, I wanted to prevent unwanted fine lines and wrinkles and add back any loss of volume without increasing my natural amount of volume. Terri is incredibly skilled at delivering the results I want! Over the last three years, I have added Botox to my routine two to three times a year, the slightest bit of filler around my smile lines a couple of times, and most recently, lip filler! I only want natural looking results and that’s what I can expect every single time! The entire staff is highly trained and skilled in their area, and I have always been extremely satisfied with the results of any service! I recommend Spa Medical to my friends and family because I know they will get their desired results and be greeted by a wonderful staff every visit!

I do not leave reviews unless I am truly impressed with a company! And Spa Medical has impressed me time and time again. Their professionalism and kindness continues to wow. I am consistently greeted with a smile and I always feel like my best interest is their number one priority. They have a customer for life with me! Do yourself a favor, pay them a visit. Hands down best skin care professionals I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had a lot of facials and nothing compares to the results I’ve received at Spa Medical. I’ve had several hydrafacials done with Kat and the results are amazing, especially when I was struggling with acne breakouts and scarring. The staff is also super friendly and willing to help with your skin care!

I’ve been a patient of Terri's for two years now. Given that it’s elective aesthetic work that ought to say enough. I wouldn’t keep going back if I didn’t get results and if I didn’t think Terri and her staff were top notch. they are. I don’t mind saying that I’ve been getting both Botox and filler, and I have been more than pleased with the results. Terri is also one of those rare individuals who will tell you when you don’t need something... i’ve never felt pressured to buy something or do more than I wanted. her staff are great. The place itself is very nice. parking could be a bit better but that’s really beyond their control. i’ve never been kept waiting more than five minutes and the treatments themselves are always quick and relatively painless. I highly recommend Terri and her services. if you’re a guy like me and you’ve ever wondered about getting these kinds of treatments, You shouldn’t hesitate to see Terri for a consultation. i’m glad that I did.

The chemical peel absolutely was a waste of money my face peeled only one little layer of skin and they charged me almost $300 my dark marks are still here. when the level 2 chemical peels in Atlanta are only about $100 and more effective. ! I should have known when the lady told me “some people call back saying the peel didn’t do anything “ smh I really want a refund because nobody has money to waste nowadays !
