This place is just what an every woman needs. It’s clean, quiet, relaxing and most importantly has Alma. She greeted me warmly and gave me a Micro dermabrasion treatment. During the treatment she payed attention to every detail to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I can’t wait to come back 🤗

Went in on a Wednesday for an appointment and asked for a service to be done to only be turned away saying no one would be in all day that could do that service for me, then they pointed me to places that couldn’t do that one service only they do in the city - it was the body treatment - worst service I’ve seen and received in a while, terrible staffing and planning and it had no privacy up at the desks, they share the space with 2 other stores it looked like

I just wanted to say that I have gone to Merle Norman's for about a year now to do my eyebrows and I always go with Yani. She is so good at what she does, I have so much trust in her and I always get compliments when she does my eyebrows. Not only that but I came out with a friend and I appreciate her so much!! Thank you for being great Yani!❤️
