EDIT: I went back and was helped by Alicia, who also took care to follow up :) The treatment left marks on my face, which is naturally a bad scenario if you are getting a service before an important event. I reached out 3 times for advice (nothing else!) on why the treatment messed up my skin, but no response after first telling me there could have been a color change in my skin (?). The lady who provided the service was very kind, and the two stars are for her. But I had actually booked with someone else that was mentioned frequently in other reviews, and without any communication or acknowledgment, was assigned someone else. I am disappointed because other people seem to have had such great experiences here :(

My experiences at Spa CIA are always spectacular! Alisha and Orquidea are both so professional. They use the best products available. Their approach is holistic yet they use the best most currant state of the art equipment for the treatments.

My first time here on vacation, and it was amazing! I got a facial and an eyebrow wax. I felt so comfortable and they were so sweet! Usually getting my brows waxed hurts but it was so gentle and she did a great job. I definitely recommend and would love to come back next time I visit!

Alison gave me a wonderful facial, plus an arm, hand & foot massage. She is personable & really knows which products are best for my skin. People noticed my glowing, smooth skin - even days afterwards. Spa Cia is quiet, relaxing & homelike - not pretentious or clinical. I'll definitely be back!

Very welcoming and relaxing space! Alicia is a great massage therapist. Her pressure was just perfect! Her massage made me feel so good and alleviate from my lower back pain. I definitely recommend.

I have been here twice now for waxing. Molly is fantastic and I love her sugaring skills. It is so fast and effective and doesn't irritate the skin at all. Very reasonable prices and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

I went here for the first time 2 months ago for a facial, Molly recommended some excellent products to help with my dehydrated and hyperpigmented skin. They made a HUGE difference and I am so appreciative. I've seen her twice and Molly is so willing to take the time to educate and has set me up on a great skin routine. She also gives the BEST scalp massages! You can't go wrong booking at Spa Cia!

Love this place! Been here a couple of times to get my eyebrows done. Alicia is exceptional and knowledgeable in health, skin, and beauty (especially microblading). She spent a ton of time measuring and talking to me about what exactly I wanted and what was realistic. She made me feel comfortable and I love my results! I love waking up to beautifully shaped eyebrows. Would highly recommend Spa Cía. Thanks Alicia!!

Hands down the best Brazlian of my life! Alicia used sugar wax and left my skin feeling smooth and non-irritated. She made me feel comfortable right away and was so sweet! I will most definitely be going back - the prices are amazing, the space is so cozy and beautiful and Alicia is amazing! High recommended!

I am beyond impressed with Alicia's work, demeanor, precision and passion for what she does! This must be my 4th or 5th visit with her, and I have now received brow-shaping, lip-wax, a facial and now a Brazilian wax with the sugaring method (this prevents breakage and therefore less ingrowns). She has multi-faceted talent and her work is impeccable! Let me note that she spent every second with me during my facial - (she even gave me a great massage while I was being steamed...I feel I always get my money's worth with her, and I don't have to break the bank to feel pampered and polished again). Thanks Alicia!

I've been seeing Alicia for waxing and skincare for over 6 years. She is always accommodating, timely, and has a wonderful space for clientele to relax and get comfortable. She's also very affordable and frankly, she could be charging a lot more for her wonderful services. Before finding her, I always went to different people here and there. Now I never stray- she's the absolute best!

Really nice atmosphere. Ali is really intuitive, and the deep tissue massage was just the right intensity. I've found my regular massage studio. I will be recommending Spa CIA to local friends, and family who visits Santa Barbara.

What a lucky find! I signed up for a facial and back treatment, and both were great. I'm over 65, and when Molly saw how dry my skin had become, she worked on my arms and hands, also. The price was very reasonable, and the spa, though small, is very sweet: clean, soft music, comfy massage table. The treatments made me feel refreshed for the rest of my Santa Barbara visit.

went to molly for a brazilian wax and she was amazing! made me feel super relaxed the entire time (and had GREAT music playing) and kept the conversation going to take my mind off the (minimal) pain. my hair was a bit short because i had shaved recently and she did a great job with what she had to work with. will definitely be coming back! :)

Spa Cia is a lovely place in a soothing environment with friendly staff who were most accommodating in scheduling my appointment. Molly is absolutely fabulous and gave me the best facial I've ever experienced. She's the best: thank you, Molly!
