My recent visit was disappointing to say the least. From booking to checkout, the entire experience fell far below expectations. I had planned a spa day for myself and two friends, and unfortunately, they shared the same dissatisfaction with their treatments. Speaking for myself, my massage was far from relaxing. The masseuse lacked proper technique and continuously spoke throughout the session, asking unrelated questions like, “Do you like snacks?”. To make matters worse, when it was time for me to turn onto my back, the masseuse chose that moment to yawn directly in my face. Also, my friend and I received the same seasonal massage - her lotion used during her massage smelled nothing like the lotion that was used on me. My lotion smelled strongly of cinnamon, and during and after the massage my body was on fire, similar to the feeling of Icy Hot. Given the service, my friends and I will not be returning. I strongly recommend exploring other spas for a more professional and enjoyable experience.

A massage not worth the price. Find a solo practitioner instead of a high priced spa and you'll be better off.

It's is so peaceful and inviting. From the moment you walk into the locker room the relaxation begins. Had an hour massage, took advantage of the sauna and the showers. I left feeling so much better the stress melted away during the massage.

Me and my wife went there for my birthday treated. So poorly, I've never felt this way at any spa or hotel. I've been attending Marriott for years. They made us feel so unwanted there. the service in the Erie grill was very poor at breakfast We were discriminated against very badly. Staff. There needs diversity training. spoke with the manager. She assured me a refund of 20%.Haven't seen that yet.I would never go back there again

Amenities are nothing great at all. Massage was sub par at best. Paid for 80 min massage and got 60-65mins. Manager didn’t make it right basically said nothing she can do. I get massages often, don’t waste your money.

Joanna P. Is an amazing pedicurist! Love my red toes. She was very thorough, gave me good tips on keeping my feet/ toes Les dry.

I had been to the spa, enjoying the amenities, and I tried to book again; and got a last minute cancellation - TWICE! For what they charge you for the services, maybe they can pay staffto be there, or maybe they should not book appointments they cannot handle. It was totally unprofessional, and I will not be back, and I will make it a point to tell all the Nurses I work with about the awful customer service at the spa. I would NOT recommend this spa if you really want to get a service- because apparently they cancel anytime with very little notice, and don't want repeat customers.

I came with 3 friends for a spa day. It was a Sunday and pretty busy. I had a massage, a facial and a pedicure. My massage was lovely and relaxing with Billy Jo. My facial was good but she didn't share any details about the steps. My face felt nicely hydrated afterwards. The sanctuary kinda felt more like a waiting room but it was nice to be able to come in with a group of friends. My favorite part was my pedicure with 2 of my friends. It was lovely to have a glass of wine during and my toes are ready for sandal season. All the staff I interacted with were wonderful.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience here at the Del Monte Easter weekend We both had 50 minutes massages followed by pedicures. It was very relaxing and each experience was exceptional. We definitely found our new favorite spa to treat ourselves at. The waiting area with amenities is just the perfect touch. The sauna was also a highlight. Cannot say enough about this place. We will be back. Thank you!

Although my nail tech was wonderful, my gel manicure began to chip less than 48 hours after getting it. I have never experienced this with gel manicures at any other nail salon I’ve been to. Was told if I wanted it fixed it would be a $10 charge. For an expensive manicure I expected it to be higher quality.

I’ve been to the spa several times over the last 10 years. It is always a wonderful and relaxing experience but today was exceptional. I had an 80 minute aromathearpy massage with Sarah and it was without a doubt, the best massage I’ve EVER had and I have had many in my life. I felt relaxed the entire day. Can’t wait to visit again and will absolutely request Sarah!

Oh so rejuvenating! I have done multiple spa days here and I have another coming up. I enjoy the ambiance of the entire spa. The staff is very welcoming and personable. Every service I’ve had has been exactly what I needed.
