I made an appointment online and I received a call from the Spa stating there was an error in their system and that the appointment was not available. Fine, no big deal. They then rescheduled me over the phone for an appointment 3 days later. I showed up 15 minutes early for my massage and they had ZERO record of my appointment. So twice now they've failed to properly take a reservation, once online, and once over the phone. They also offered zero alternatives once my appointment was not found.

One of the few locations offering Dazzle Dry nail services. Friendly and efficient staff and Ethel provides excellent manicures/pedicures with great care, expertise, and detail. Highly recommend!
