It’s been 1.5 years since my first facial at Sovereignty. I always have a quality experience and receive superior customer service. Jocelyn takes her time to learn your skin and explore different options to tailor your service to you. I’ve always suffered from acne and hyperpigmentation but my skin now is the better than I could’ve ever hoped for.

Excellent Service. I started going to Sovereignty Beauty after leaving another establishment. I found Jocelyn through Groupon and decided to give her a try. I'm so glad I did. Definitely 5 star service. She very attentive, very detailed. Best wax I've ever had. I've even came back for other services Facials are amazing but that's another review. You definitely will not go wrong with Jocelyn at Sovereignty Beauty and Wellness.

From the moment I met Jocelyn I have absolutely loved her! My teenage daughter at the time wanted to have a Brazilian Wax and because it was not something I was 100% comfortable with her doing, I decided to go with her so we could do it together. I was nervous and a bit embarrassed to have to be so exposed to get this service. But then, Jocelyn, her professionalism as well as her personality made me feel comfortable and she walked me through each step of the process which was very important for a first timer like me! I did eventually decide the Brazilian was not for me, but Jocelyn has helped me to find a happy medium and we have been going to her every since! If you are looking for a great place to get a wonderful wax, while receiving some of the best customer service and care Sovereignty Beauty and Wellness Bar is the place.

Have been getting serviced for almost 4 years and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Jocelyn is very passionate about what she does! And it shows in the results. I recommend her to anyone who will listen. So much that my mom traveled 7 hours solely to get serviced by her. Plus she has snacks 😊

I have been faithfully going to Jocelyn for about two years now. She is always sweet, nice, and talkative, which makes my appointments comfortable and enjoyable. Her extensive background in health is a huge plus, as she takes excellent care of your skin and provides all the necessary tips to keep it healthy. I've never left an appointment feeling anything less than completely satisfied with her amazing work. Go see her!

I love Jocelyn sooo much ! I started my Waxing journey with her four years ago and it has been an amazing experience true luxury from my very first time getting waxed to being a regular. She’s beautiful inside and out she makes sure you are comfortable! Every time is super clean and snacks are provided! Takes her time and make sure each and every hair is removed with minimal pain. I’m a customer for life and literally never been to anyone else.

My doctor recommended Jocelyn for lymphatic massage after my recent surgery. She’s lovely, caring and recently completed her nursing degree. I’m been at Sovereignty Beauty & Wellness Bar six times and can already tell a difference in my swelling, the office is beautiful and clean. I’ve also seen Ana who is lovely also, she is trained in lymphatic massage. I enjoy visiting with both of them. They can help you in your healing, don’t miss out and be sure to purchase a package of massages! And enjoy their cup of detox tea on your drive home!!!! They will be a part of your doctor’s team and I can’t say enough about them!

*Full Transparency* I am 9 days post tummy tuck, hernia (diastatis recti) repair and lipo 360 and while the pain from the procedure itself hasn’t been unbearable, the discomfort from the stiffness and tightness in my back, belly and body was more than I anticipated and quite honestly had me feeling disconnected from my mind because of all of the energy it took simply from the awareness of the discomfort. Today I had what was technically my 2nd lymphatic drainage massage but in reality the first as my previous one was GROSSLY lacking in comparison to what I felt during and after my massage with Jocelyn. To say that in the 75 thoroughly enlightening and healing minutes that I spent with her she put me back together is speaking lightly. I went in stiff, mentally foggy, low energy, frazzled and came out a new woman! Before the massage I was uncertain when I would be able to return to work let alone feel like myself. Now I am clear. Her level of skill is complimented well by both her knowledge and passion for this work. To say I feel seen, supported and comforted by the care I received is an understatement. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT go anywhere else for post operative lymphatic drainage massage. Jocelyn is THE truth and well worth any investment in your care. I’m am looking forward to seeing the end results but if all I have is today it is enough…thank you Jocelyn!

Jocelyn was fantastic! From her warm and welcoming demeanor, to her education throughout the process, to her after-care tips, there was not a moment that I felt uncomfortable or out of the loop for my first Brazilian. The salon was lovely, very clean, and had a posh and relaxing vibe. I love that Jocelyn makes herself available even after your appointment to answer any questions ot concerns you may have. I am already booked for my next one!

Maybe something changed in the past few months or these reviews are all made up. My wife got the Groupon (60 minute customized facial) and had a terrible experience. There is very little to no signage! Something simple but necessary for any business! She had to go into a Subway to find out where to go and then once you take the elevator up, there is a waiting room. Others were waiting there too and then she found out her appointment was delayed because the spa lady wasn't there yet!?! Then the facial itself was a terrible experience, don't waste your money!

This was my first time visiting Sovereignty Beauty Bar & Collection, and I must say they EXCEEDED my expectations! The service I received was a Brazilian and back wax! Jocelyn was extremely thorough and didn’t leave any fine hairs behind! She was professional and managed to get me out in great timing! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Jocelyn is a wonder to work with. She is knowledgeable, personable and totally professional. I had the back facial and I swear I have NEVER had a more beautiful back. It looked moisturized and healthy AND my acne scarring diminished significantly. I can't recommend her enough. I will be back for a chemical peel and brow shaping :)

Let me start by saying, I had an AMAZING experience! Very kind attitude, clean set up, and very efficient! We both wore masks the entire time, and Jocelyn enforced Covid protocols. I was thoroughly pleased with how clean everything was! She pays attention to detail, which is wonderful! Overall, this was a great experience, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in! I will definitely return.
