My girlfriend got a wax here on 9/19/24. This is her review: “Worst Brazilian wax I have ever received. This service should not be offered when it does not know how to be performed. I was shamed for having hair and was blamed for her not being able to finish the service. She was obviously very uncomfortable and it made me uncomfortable. It was very confusing-just don't offer the service if you don't want to do it. She also gasped and flinched every time she pulled a wax strip. Had to go to European wax center so they could finish. Please save your money and just go to European wax center.”

Went in for grey blending. Larissa did an amazing job! She went out of her way to ensure I understood everything she was doing. I loved the final product! She nailed it! I definitely recommend going and getting your hair done by Larissa! I also would like to add the ladies in the front were very sweet and welcoming. Great place!

Dropping in for a quick hair trim and nails, we received excellent service from owner Sandra and nail tech Raelyn. However, another hair stylist was initially supposed to cut my teen's hair but then said she couldn't. On the drive home, my teen shared how rude the stylist had been. I was just around the corner in the salon getting my nails done, and this stylist thought she could be rude for no reason! If she didn't want to cut my teen's long, thick hair, she should have just said so. Thankfully, Sandra stepped in, cut my teen's hair, and was very nice and accommodating.

Sandra goes above and beyond for her clients: treats ALL like close friends! If there was ever a stylist who needed to "fix" another professional's mistake, it's Sandra! She trains her staff very well, so that if I needed someone to take over my needs, I'm able to TRUST all of them! 👑💖

Amazing atmosphere, very professional and friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. Easy to get to, appt. suggested, but if walk in, you may be able to be able to get immediate service or only wait a short time. Had a great experience.

Jessica is incredible! I was really nervous about going to a new stylist but she made me feel so comfortable. Her consultation with me was so great. If you care about the integrity of your hair and want to go lighter please go to her! She walked me through everything and was just genuinely kind. My hair it only looks great after going way lighter it feels great! Would recommend a million times!

Review I booked my hair appointment for my wedding three months in advance, and I should have known it would be horrible. The day I went in, no other customers were in the salon. I met with the owner, and another lady, and the owner seemed like she could care less that I was booking with them; she was very dry and seemed so inconvenienced that she was helping me. I paid in full for five bridesmaids and got my confirmation paper with both our signatures and the date and total amount paid. The week of my wedding, all my vendors were calling me to confirm, and I thought it was weird they never called to confirm the hair. I called the day before my wedding, and the girl who answered said, “Ugh, we have no weddings scheduled.” she told me to hold and came back on the phone and said oh yeah, the girl who booked you never wrote it down, and so we just didn't have it on the calendar.” I asked to speak with the owner, but they said she was busy and they would call me back. This happened at 12, and I never got a callback, so I called them back at 3. I asked to speak to the owner and was placed on hold. When the owner finally got on the phone, not once did she apologize or try to make it right; she simply said, “Well, we're booked already tomorrow, and we didn't expect someone to quit recently, so I don't know what you want me to do” I told her it was the day before my wedding. Hence, I needed her to do our hair still, and she told me she would do maybe two to three girls but not the rest of the bridesmaids. I told her I needed all the girls to be serviced as that's what we paid for, and she said she would ask if one of the other girls would come with her and would let me know. She never called me back, and I called back at 4:30 to let her know I needed to know because if not, I needed to hire someone else to come do all five bridesmaids. She responded, “Well, I don't know; the girl has not gotten back to me yet, but I'll let you know.” At this point, I just wanted a refund because I needed to find someone else who would be able to do our hair. The owner also told me they knew a week before they would be unable to do my wedding but didn't call me because they lost my number and thought I should have called earlier to confirm, basically making it seem like it was my fault. She also told me they didn't write down my appointment when I booked because they didn't have a calendar for 2024 yet! Mmmm, if you're taking appointments, my first tip is to get a calendar. If you want to book with this salon, that is totally fine, but I hope this does not happen to you. I was having a great day, and this ruined a significant portion of it. Best of luck to anyone who thinks this is a good idea to book with them. Luckily, I posted my situation on Facebook and found a fantastic hair stylist to come out who was capable of doing five bridesmaids. I hope this owner gets a better system or calendar to organize her events and a little compassion for her customers when she cancels on them at the last minute.

We are traveling the country in our RV and it is tough to find an experienced person to do my wifes hair, Color, highlights and cut....... But Sandra did a GREAT JOB!!! We definitely recommend Southern Beauty!

Went in for for balayage . Came out with dark hair bottom half was a different color not what I wanted . Family members said it looks like i did a box color myself😭😭. Not worth what they charge. Keep in mind my hair was a light color that had grown out. I asked if it can get it lighten she did say she would have to bleach everything again. But my hair felt extremely hard and stiff. Another thing I noticed they do before and after pics, but not for me i guess it did look bad from there perspective .Just disappointed! I was really hoping to like this place . But never again!

My daughter was getting an updo and I must say that her appointment was truly worth the wait. My daughter has thick, courser hair and curls never last on her. These curls/waves lasted for days and still looked beautiful. Her hair was done exactly like she wanted and made her prom even that more special. I highly recommend.

I went in to this Salon with a purpose of fixing my hair after a bad hair cut experience elsewhere. I was very satisfied with the hair stylist that was able to do a great job and even out my hair again. The boutique as well is really nice and was surprised as to the clothes being affordable and cute.
