I got a haircut a few months ago here. Some time later, I noticed that the haircut was asymmetrical. That is, the edge of the hair on one side is one inch shorter than on the other, and there is a thin longer strand between these too levels. Now I'm letting my hair grow before I can get another haircut . Otherwise, my hair will need to be trimmed much shorter than I like. I tried getting in touch with the salon to get a refund but without success. They left a voicemail and I returned the call unsuccessfully. The atmosphere is welcoming and I have a sentimental attachement to this place. I got my first haircut here after I moved to Wichita, and several others afterwards... but no more because I prioritize the quality of service and don't appreciate unwillingness to take responsibility.

New and modern this salon is a breath of fresh air. All the stylists are nice and bring out a fashionable vibe. I always look forward to my visits, because I know that I will be well taken care of and I will leave looking fabulous!

Very attentive. Listened to exact details of what hair cut I wanted and followed thoroughly. Very kind, and welcoming attitudes. I would definitely recommend this place. The name really says it all!

Everyone at Source has a great attitude and does consistently good work! I’ve gone to Dawn for cut & color pretty much my whole life and I’ve never had a single complaint. You can’t go wrong with any stylist there.

Have been several times and enjoyed my experience . My stylist was not available for a long while and I asked to be put on a wait list for anyone available. That never happens for the entire month of June even when I called again . That was discouraging . I was finally able to schedule with my stylist and then after one week received a call to reschedule two weeks down the road . Hell no ! Not going to be a returning customer because apparently I don’t matter. 😞

My hair is so beautiful! The right blonde and not over processed! My stylist did an amazing job in getting the results that I wanted. The Salon is very clean and so relaxing to get serviced in. I will be back!

Not a great experience. My hair is not even and not what I wanted at all. I Went in for a bob haircut. People are super nice so I feel bad saying it wasnt good but I will not be returning.

Not professional .. Uncouth. I am also a prior customer .I called and booked an appointment with a particular stylist and it was booked with her well over 35 days in advance. The very next day I received a call back from the receptionist stating I'm sorry you needed to choose a different stylist. Because the stylist you asked for says you haven't been a client for a couple years. Taking my business back to Plant Hair Salon. Where they understand customer service and they have great stylist there as well.

Paid more than I’d hoped to… hair looks great though, so next time I’ll just have to be more direct about what I’m wanting. (I wish salon pricing wasn’t so awkwardly mysterious!) Carlie does good work! 5/5 But not sure why the space next to hers had cardboard boxes all stacked up? Didn’t add to the ambiance at all... and for what you pay, it feels reasonable to expect a whole vibe.

This is overall amazing my son went her for a hair cut and came out amazing. Also the vibe of this area is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this to everyone can't wait to come back.
