Had my first session with Rachel today and it was outstanding. I had some stiffness in my lower back that's been limiting my movement for the past 2 weeks. I opted for massage/cupping I have never done it before so I was real excited. She briefly talked about the procedure and 10-15 mins into the massage she applied the cups with the right amount of suction. It was a little strange but not uncomfortable. She kept those cups on while she worked on my legs and feet. She definitely hit some spots I didn't know I needed. Ultimately I walked outta there feeling great. Thanks again Rachel will be seeing you again soon.

I can’t say enough great things about Rachel. She is extremely skilled and the best at what she does I was way long past due for a massage and needed a lot of work, but Rachel was up for the task and did not disappoint. I received a two hour full body treatment That included trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and deep tissue massage along with a relaxing facial and some great aromatherapy. I feel like a whole new woman with greatly improved mobility and the ability to go through the day pain-free. This was my first massage with Rachel but will definitely not be my last. She was super flexible and came to me, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend anybody looking for an awesome massage with great results to reach out and book with her.

I am so glad I found Rachel @Sonoran Touch Healing, she is an AMAZING massage therapist! I was looking for someone with the holistic approach, she’s mobile and has been flexible with my busy schedule. She is professional, extremely kind, makes you feel very comfortable and adds a special touch to your massage that is above and beyond! I was in so much pain and she helped release so much and pampers you with a face mask near the end which adds such a nice added touch. She is clearly so passionate about what she does and it shows. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rachel if you’re looking for someone that not only knows massage but her techniques have truly made such a difference in the chronic pain I have been in. She did a lymphatic massage and afterwards I feel that I am so much more mobile than I was and I finally feel on my why to recovery. I have seen her for 3 sessions now and as I said, my mobility is increasing as I had major hip and back pain, she also released the blockage that I had in my IT band area and I am doing so much better. Rachel is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend! She was so accommodating with scheduling and very kind and professional. I was in such pain with my back when I called her and she absolutely worked miracles with her total body reset massage work. She knew JUST what my body needed and I am so thankful for her expertise! Had a prenatal massage done tonight and wanted to put her in a bag and take her home with me. I have been in pain for years. And I mean years. This first time I have been able to move my body without pushing slow at first. Not only my back and body, but also my tmg that has been painful for longer then my back, is also in way better shape then ever. Absolutely the best.

There are no words to explain how amazing Rachel's massage was for my body. I've been in pain for many years! I couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes due to severe low back pain.
