The salon needs updating .felt dirty.seemed rude .an my hair was not a silk press felt lumpy .will not be returning.an ladies bring your own shampoo an conditioner to these dominican salons my hair texture is not the same

I went to get my hair washed and straightened. I naturally have very curly hair. I liked me hair when I left, but a few days later I noticed my curl pattern changed drastically. I then began loosing hair. When I went to a salon they told me my hair had been processed with perming agent. There products have perming agent in them. I literally had to get 7 inches of hair cut off bc of this. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR HAIR !!

The walk in service was fairly quick. The hair stylist was very professional and skilled. My hair really turned out great.

Horrible place!! I want to call and report them to the department of health. First they only had 2 size combs, forcing the lady washing my very natural 4c hair to use a fine tooth tail comb to detangle my hair. How are you in a black neighborhood and have no respect for black hair? To the point I had to take over and detangle my own hair. The owner or person in charge looked and did nothing!!! Then tried to upcharge me. A couple weeks later I'm washing my hair that is used to being straight and not only is it falling out, the texture is so different! Idk what they did to my hair but I want to cry. It looks like it could be heat damaged, meaning she didn't use a heat protector before straightening. I've been getting my natural hair straighten every couple months for at least 15 years now. My regular lady closed down during covid, now I'm stuck looking for a new place, this isn't it!

I asked for feather curls and they gave me Shirley temple curls and then try to make excuse why the stylist fixed my hair like that when I addressed Sonia she going to tell me because my hair to long for the style. Never heard no such thing I explained to her that I was very unpleased with my hair. Another customer stated that they don’t know how to do feather curls , so she didn’t want it no more after seeing my hair. Never again will I go there been a customer since she opened. But this is it for me, look at the outcome of my hair horrible done today look like I had it done for a week.

Minimal customer service skills, does not take the time to detangle hair, would rather strain hair/ pull hair out with comb.. No hair washing skills whatsoever. The bare minimum altogether, literally! Will never return. Maybe the owner should step IN.. Her staff is careLESS!

Owner you should bring back the monday and tuesday special 25.00 to keep old customers coming g.also have staff wear face shield and put up a large pricing sign not the small one you have.the customer like to know upfront pricing.not just from the worker mouth.i was charged 35.00 for a wash a blowout.please display a large pricelist.thank you.
