Ali is absolutely incredible! I just had my first hydrofacial and I feel like I’m floating! Ali is very professional, personable and makes you feel like royalty while giving you the royal treatment. She is very thorough in her work and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and added additional insight that was helpful and interesting. Thank you so much, Ali! I’m officially addicted!

Sommers Beauty Bar is the most adorable spot right on South Coast Hwy in Encinitas. It's tucked away, so you feel cozy and welcomed when you walk in. Everything is spotless, and is a place you can just relax. It is a single treatment room with a lovely private restroom for you to use and to change. I love being the only person there which makes it all that more cozy and relaxing. The whole experience is very personal and every moment is catered to your needs. I had the most wonderful facial with Alli yesterday. Alli gave me a HydraFacial which was better than any facial I have ever had before. For one, I usually only treat myself to facials once a year (if that) because I always leave feeling like I could have done the same thing to myself at home. This was totally different. I could really feel how the HydraFacial was getting "into" my skin rather than just having a mask sit on top of my skin. It included cleansing, exfoliating, blackhead extractions (which I needed badly from the use of heavy moisturizers and sunscreen), and moisturizing. I know there is more to it (peptides etc., - I can't remember all of it), that she used tailored to my skin. Usually when I have a facial, the esthetician leaves while I lay there with a mask on my face. Instead, Alli gave me a shoulder, neck, arm, and hand massage. It was heaven and exactly what I needed to relax. The treatment bed is heated and I was wrapped in a cozy blanket. On top of all that, Alli is the sweetest person, and I felt SO comfortable. I left feeling amazing, and my skin looks better than it has in years. I was glowing! I am so looking forward to my next appointment!

Alli is the consummate professional. Always timely, excellent customer and service delivery. Lashes are always on point and having tried others, she does them in record time. Highly recommend.

Booked a lash extension appointment with Markie and WOW. First off, the salon is in such a convenient location with the most charming, calm, vibey atmosphere. I rarely get my lashes done, so was a little nervous and wanted something natural. She knew exactly what to do! They came out the perfect length and fullness. So happy to have found someone who listens to what I want and knows exactly how to make it happen. I will be back!

I haven’t had a facial in 10 years, and my husband gifted me one with Ali for my birthday. It was heaven on earth! We did a hydrafacial and lymphatic drainage and it was the most relaxing, luxurious experience. Ali is so sweet and I felt like she really cared about my skin. The space is so quiet and beautiful. I already can’t wait to book my next appointment!!

I am super impressed with Sommers beauty bar! I care a lot about my skin, and I put a lot of effort into researching, but the amount of information on the internet can be overwhelming. Alli is a Master when it comes to this stuff, not only has she done all the research, you can tell how passionate she is about all of this, and how much she cares about providing the highest quality treatment mixed with the latest trends and break throughs. I appreciate her modern approach to things, her efficiency, and punctuality. Also check out her skin it is beautiful! I highly recommend to people who don’t know a lot about skin care and want to learn more, or people who already have done a lot of research, but want to know what’s actually good or bad for them. I received my first facial EVER today from Alli. Wow what have I been missing? I spend many hours of the day in the sun, surfing, swimming, sailing, etc. I was so impressed with how my face feels now. Silky smooth and squeaky clean!!! As a man, I didn't realize what a different a hydro-facial could do. Her space is warm, super comfy and relaxing and Alli is very sweet, kind and friendly. Sommers Beauty Bar is now going to be part of my monthly health & beauty routine! (haha). I am getting older now (but you would never know it ; ) Thanks All!

I recently had a HydraFacial at Sommers Beauty Bar, and it was hands down the best facial I have ever received. I have some sun damage and fine lines are starting to appear and I have already seen a noticeable difference! Alison took her time and her attention to detail made the experience exceptional. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to bring my mom along for her first facial. Not knowing what to expect, she was put at ease immediately by Alison's warm and welcoming nature. We both left feeling pampered and glowing. The space itself is beautiful and cozy, offering a very private experience. The surrounding area is adorable, making it a perfect spot to spend the day. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I got a hydra facial, which was the perfect mix of extraction and soothing. Alli gave my face a massage that transported me into another dimension of tranquility, her space is so relaxing, and I felt incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem. The environment is very cozy. Allie is very welcoming and talented at what she does. She's perceptive and happy to answer any questions you may have. Not only did I receive a facial, I also got my brows tinted. Been getting compliments all week about how bright and glowing I look.
