Did not have an apt, walked in the day before my birthday hoping to get a new hairstyle. Owner was super sweet and accommodated me. Her daughter ended up cutting my hair and she did such a good job. Will be going back!

Fantastic salon environment. The lobby is comfortable and presentable. The bathrooms are clean and smell good. The individual salon rooms are equipped with everything one could ask for. It's a great experience.

This Salon is clean with an upscale vibe. Great for anyone looking for a pro to cut their hair. Each artist has their own space which is very private. I see Renee Arroyo but she is on appointment only. A nice hidden gem.

I love this place because it is the perfect place for someone who has multiple chemical sensitivity to go get their hair cut. Each person has their own little studio and they usually keep their doors shut. It would be ideal for me to have someone come to my home to cut my hair but I hate to ask anyone to go out of their way like that and while I do react in the building even with my mask on, it's not severe. It doesn't make me so sick I have to leave before I can get anything done. Unfortunately the girl I was seeing there who was absolutely incredible has moved into a large salon where there will be women getting their hair dyed and permed or straightened, women getting their nails done, hairspray being sprayed at every station, and that would definitely drive me out of the building within minutes. I found another guy there who I love to death as well, he did an amazing job on my hair and I am so happy I have this in my area as an alternative to a regular salon.

I went to my first color appointment with Bradley Stotter and was very disappointed. I left with wet hair, (he didn't offer me a blow dry or style.) And after I dryed my hair at home I still had roots. He told me that I was "new and it was going to be a process" OK?? He didn't call me back to make it right! I Can't afford his process. I was excited about getting my hair colored, because Bradley told me "he was a color specialist with Paul Mitchell." I like him and his location, his customers service needs improvement.
